    PRIVATE EQUITY RUINS EVERYTHING! Pacifica used to be a good company, and I bought or ordered many $1,000s of products from them in the last two decades as they grew and expanded their offerings. A few years ago, though, I noticed some of my favorite go-to items going out-of-stock forever, no reason given. The last couple of orders I placed for delivery of these items arrived totally broken/split open, mess everywhere, and I had to wait for replacements. When I contacted Pacifica, I was weirdly was included on an internal email about my order, probably an outside third-party company. This is totally unprofessional. When I realized that my favorite shampoo/conditioner of years was not coming back, probably to do w/proprietary agreements, I tried their new offerings. These were horrible and damaged my hair, such that I had to go through the return process and vowed never to order online from them again. When I contacted Pacifica again about my dissatisfaction, I was given the run-around and treated rudely. Now here it is, months later, I just went online to give Pacifica another chance on items I can't get in stores. When I got to the checkout, however, I see I must sign up for "Route Package Protection" of varying amounts (how much, I don't know?) if I wish to receive my order intact, or otherwise, Pacifica won't cover it if arrives damaged or refund my money at all. That used to be called CUSTOMER SERVICE! Whenever a company goes the PRIVATE EQUITY route, I know they're doomed. Too bad, because again, I was a loyal customer, but given my recent disappointing experiences w/Pacifica, or should I say "Brentwood", I don't trust this company and won't be buying from them anymore.

    they stole my money and will not send me the products i paid for and or a refund. I cant imagine how they are allowed to do this. Order # 1409271. They are now no longer returning my emails. I work hard for my money and they are just allowed to take it??

    I like the products but ordering direct from company is a mistake. They said they were having delivery issues that was two weeks ago- now the fed ex label has been created for three days but fed ex still don’t have the package. They gave a twenty percent off next product ordered on their site but why would I take that chance. Ridiculous

    Pacifica does not post all reviews, even if they are strictly factual. I tried one of their products, a sunscreen, on my face for the first time. A few hours later, my face was red and itchy. I washed it and the redness and itching subsided within a day or two. I didn't use that product again for a few months, and when I did, the same thing happened. (This has not happened to me with any other product, Pacifica or otherwise.) I wrote this in a review on their site and they never published it. I tried again and they didn't publish that one either. I contacted their customer service to get an explanation of why, but received only what appeared to be a canned response telling me they would "make a follow-up to our appropriate team regarding your concern about our product." I loved Pacifica products prior to this incident, but cannot recommend them anymore due to lack of transparency.

    I placed an order in early December including some Lip scrubs for stocking stuffers. When my daughters and I opened our stockings and opened the lip scrubs to use, the smell of the product was so bad. The oil in the product had gone bad. Pacifica will not stand behind their 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I have tried to work with their customer service and they will not send out a replacement which is what I would prefer. I offered to send the product back. They will not refund my money either. I came to check out their BBB rating and now see that someone else is complaining about the exact same product and situation that I am experiencing in SEPTEMBER. They HAD to know that product was bad. Now looking at the reviews on their website, customers complained that it smelled rancid for at least 2 months before I bought it. And they kept selling the product! Bad bad bad Pacifica. You should have trashed that product instead of being greedy and trying to make money on products that have gone bad. I have unsubscribed to their emails and will no longer purchase their products. I will not give my hard earned money to a company who treats customers like this.

    I opened one of the Lips Like Sugar lip balms I ordered....it STINKS like rancid oil!!! Since my plan had been to use them in party favor baskets, I decided to check another one. RANCID! I opened all of them...they all stink like rancid, old oil. And of course, since they were on sale, I can't return them. It is unbelievable to me that Pacifica Beauty would get rid of expired, spoiled product that stinks by discounting the price and making it impossible for customers to return it. I'll be throwing away $35 worth of expired, stinking lip balms since it's obviously dangerous to use. I tried to contact their customer service reps, but they don't care and were completely unhelpful. Be warned that Pacifica Beauty sells expired, rancid products to unsuspecting customers.

    If I can give this business zero stars I would!!! I purchased their vegan collagen recovery cream in October!!!!! and it literally burnt my under eyes … I have been put on several medication‘s to help the burns nothing seems to help …. I literally have burns under my eyes !!!!!! I’ve been seen by multiple dermatologist!!! I had burns under my eyes for four months to this day it still burns. I was originally working with Haley she said to me that she would reimburse me for my $20 doctors visit… lol yeah sure!!!!! I missed work / other occasions due to this incident!! I contacted the business with Proof / pictures/ dermatologist determination , I was working with Haley , she was so rude and sarcastic … she told me a day before she was closing my case that she was closing my case when I was still going for treatment ..than when I asked her not to close my case !!! She stopped talking to me !!! Than I contacted by Cece … she also offered to pay me the $20 for my doctors visit!!!!! Lol lmao . I literally had severe burns under my eyes and this company traded a victim of their product like a piece of trash!!!! Horrible horrible!!! I have pictures doctors determination medication’s!!!!! TONS of proof And they still won’t take responsibility for their disgusting horrible product!!!! Please for the love of guard if you love your face do not use any of their products
