Hello, This is a second different complaint i have to put due to the that 17FIVE TIRES did a Oil ****** replaces filters and added some oil service on my second car 2014 ***** I. 5/13/2024. And I had to immediately take my car into another shot because it was running funny. And they informed me that two bults was missing from the engine that had a belt flapping losely tearing up other parts under the hood and 17FIVE TIRES is the only ones whom serviced my car. The mechanic, inform me that the bolts was missing and they tied it down with 2 strong industrial strip, ties, that's holding on to it this day. They inform me. I will have to go to the dealers to get that boat to get it replaced. 17FIVE seems to be in the business of half fixing your and tampering with other parts to keep them some business coming in, just like they tried to hustle me with my 96 ***** that I put in a complaint in on Friday. And with my 94 Blazer I had to get it towed twice and it was stranded due to them ruining my car, it is at the shop. Still, my mechanic is trying to see if they burnt out the starter or motherboard, but the mechanic, where the *************************************************** get it started on tuesday, they were saying its the starter they might have burnt it out when jumping it. So I had two mechanics, inform me of what they did to my 94 ***** Blazer.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your concerns following the oil change service performed on your Chevrolet Captiva.  We understand the importance of your vehicle's performance and safety and take all feedback seriously.

After reviewing the details of your complaint, we would like to clarify the service we performed 5/13/24 was limited to an oil change.  This procedure does not involve any work on engine components, bolts, or belts.  Our team here adheres to strict protocols during oil changes to ensure the process is completed safely and without impacting other parts of the vehicle.

I took my ***** Blazer to get the back axle replaced and a tune up. They let a new battery die out they had to jump it and when the did it killed the stater motor. I have been driving it close to a month with no problem starting it up with a key or key fob. They had to damage the starter when tring to jump my car. You need a god strong battery for it to be able for to take the jump. I just bought the battery its not a month old. When i got to the shop they had it running took it around the block to charge up the battery more. I paid for the serice still and told them i was taking it back to my mechanic and what yall did he will tell me and 17five better fix what the messed up. **** called and said remember you said it was smoke and "I said No!" They tried to hustle more money out saying smoke was coming from the muffler and under the hood. I told her it was not a problem before they touched it. The disconnected my battery for no reason, and try to hustle me.. my mechanics said they unhooked the battery, and when they try to charge it they ruin to starter motor and when i turn off the car it won't start. I want them to pay for my starter motor and the labor. They have cost time and set back. On top of the owner threatened me. In fact I want all my money back. I also bought tires as well from them.
