    I bought a used 2016 Nissan Leaf in March, 2021. My car stopped running about 2 months ago. I had it towed to the dealership where it sat in the parking lot for 3 weeks, in the same spot it had been towed. Every time I asked about repair status, the service department would tell me a line, but the car remained in the same spot. Finally, the shop took the car in. But I was still being told there were no rentals for me. Over 2 weeks ago I asked again about rentals, then being told they had a rental available before. The service person then told me I hadn't asked about rentals( I told him I had asked numerous times). This put me out of work for over a month. Now I have been driving a rental(at my expense for over 2 weeks. There is communication going on between the dealership and Nissan, but I just keep getting updates that tell me nothing. I am making monthly payments on a car I don't even have in my possession. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have to stop making payments and lose my car. I have heard others with similar complaints about Nissan. However this is resolved, I have resolved to never buy another Nissan product.
