  My vehicle was towed from the crow landing flea market and the flea market work with the chuys towing to make money off of people. They work for the rematito market and scam to get money. They prices dont make sense when its less than 6 minutes away from the chuys towing. Multiple vehicles were getting towed and family were left in the heat . They had no parking , vehicle will be towed. They didnt want to provide proof of my vehicle they just had one angle as proof and my bf had to ****** the phone so I can take the evidence picture so they claimed I couldnt get it because they evidence is only for them. The business blocked my number because I asked for their bar licenses and didnt want to provide it

  We have several signs posted through out the parking lot that states unauthorized parking will be towed. This customer was parked in compact parking clearly marked and they decided to take up 2 spots. We are not scamming anyone. The el ramatito has agreed to only allow Chuys Towing to maintain parking and several other services. Ie. Jump start, tire change, and personal tow

  On the date of 25th of May, 2024, Chuys Towing Company towed our vehicle from El Rematito illegally. No signs are posted that prohibit parking- additionally, we paid to park and we still were towed! Stay far away from el Rematito in ******* and Chuys Towing. **** proceeded to charge outrageous prices at his convenience. Stealing from people! Furthermore, there is no legitimate business or office. Its a yard with abandoned vehicles! He also proceeded with only accepting cash- no credit or debit cards accepted. This so-called business is a scam, wanting only cash and not giving an option for cards to avoid paying for taxes!

  We have been in business for *************************************** compact parking, taking up 2 spots. We provided pictures proving she was double parked. When customer came to get her car she had been drinking and was being rude. We only accept cash on private property tow because of people after pay, stop the transaction and then we have to take to a civil matter.

  I am rejecting this response because: the Owner, ***** aka ****, is a lying liar who does not know how to interpret a conversation! The police were called due to the hostility Chuy was displaying towards us specifically because he would not accept cash. He states customer was drunk, that was not the case and police were there to confirm that. **** is a liar scumbag that thought he can get over law abiding citizens. My vehicle was not doubled-parked as stated- he doesnt even know the definition of doubled-parked- my vehicles rear end was slightly over the painted line due to being a bit of a bigger car. It is not illegal to go over a paint line, it is illegal to improperly tow a vehicle without ANY POSTED WARNING OR SIGN! This *************** already has years of being investigated due to fraudulent towing- please research him. Ive taken this to civil court along with the Chief of Ceres and the Citys Manager. His license will be revoked sooner or later!

  Chuys towing accepted a call from a non board member to tow out of the ***************** and does not have a written contract with the *** to provide services to the ***. The vehicle they towed was not in violation of the CC&R of the *** and the *** confirmed a board member did not authorize the tow. It was a disgruntled neighbor who called this in and Chuys did not verify if this was an authorized tow. When I called the tow company they could not confirm if they had my car in their possession, I only found out after calling the police to report it stolen. Chuys has no contract with the *** and did not speak to an authorized person regarding the vehicle.

  We only pick up cars with authorization from the Managers  for illegal parking, red zone or taking some residents parking spot.
