    Transaction date was for 12/20/2021 where a contract was done to be able to do repair to the roof of the house. No repairs were done and no response was done to several inquiries as to completion. Complaints with the BBB were not file due to ailments I have suffer and relapses as well. But as of now we still have not heard from them and more. Payment was made of $39,790 but nothing has been done. Now I have filed a complaint with the **** ( Contractors State License Board) complaint #************. Now another winter season is coming and no appearance or communication from the contract has been received.

    On May 31, 2023, ***********************, filled out a contract with Clear Energy Solutions for roof work.***** gave a ***** dollar check deposit payable to Clear Energy Solutions. June 2nd, 2023, ***** called *************************** at CES and cancelled the project. It was within the three day period to be able to cancel with no cancellation fee. ****** notified ***** he would call him the next day and give him his refund. ****** has failed to contact ***** or refund his money. Multiple attempts have been made with ****************. ****** has said he would get back to us, but never did. We would like a refund from ******. thank you

    This complaint is regarding a deposit for ******************.  Clear Energy Solutions took the deposit in order to hold material for ******************. Clear Energy explained to ****************** that the deposit would not be returned to him if he decided to cancel the project.  Clear Energy placed a special order on hold for ****************** and had to pay a restocking fee for the cancellation.  Clear Energy would like this complaint closed.  Thank you.

    Incorrect.  The person who was supposed to receive his refund is ****************. He was advised that he may change his mind within h two days. **************** called and canceled within the two days. Clear Energy Solution is misleading to the elderly.

    ****** the owner will not return my phone calls and messages. I have been going through this for over 5 months now; I paid him to paint, patch stucco, gutters, window molding, 2 new doors and 46 windows. The job is NOT complete and he installed something I did not agree with. We negotiated a certain brand of windows and he installed completely different brand. I just want my job completed.

    I am rejecting this response because I do have messages with myself and Clear Energy "Yordon Mirabal".  He did a lot of work to my house and I paid him over $50,000 so far.. All I want is the remainder of the few windows and doors to be completed.  Also he was supposed to install Anlin windows and installed a completely different brand I never heard of.  I know he is also in multiple lawsuits for him doing the same thing to other people or companies.  This is not right what he has done.

    Clear energy solutions and I signed the contract of $1,7650 for windows and then we add window covering $6,500.00 to this contract and made total $24,150.00. ****** said I need to pay them 25% down for the down pay. So, I paid him $6,000.00 as requested. According to the contract, " The down payment may not exceed $1,000.00 or 10 % of the contract price whichever is less. Four months have passed since we sign the contract, nothing is done. No delivery of the materials, no installation date. I want to cancel this contract and I want my money back. The telephone and fax of his company doesn't work. He said he will call me back but he can't keep his promises.

    My father has been waiting for widows to be delivered for almost two months and Clear Energy Solutions continues to blow him off. They tell him they will call him back and they never do, and tell him that the windows are on backorder. If there were not enough windows for the order, they should have been transparent at that time. They are completely disrespectful to their customers and don't call when they say they will. They just want your money without delivering any products or services. I suggested that my father take them to Small Claims court because he has had to completely stall his remodel the entire time he has been waiting on these windows. This is the worst "customer service" I have ever experienced. He has had to push back numerous deliveries as well. Every piece of his remodel is now so far behind because of this nightmare company. I hope my father follows through with the Small Claims court filing because this is ridiculous. They should be out of business. If I could give them 0/5 stars, I would.

    In response to ************************* complaint. We went out there to repair the roof leak & found that the leak is not coming from the roof we installed, it's coming from the ** unit on top of the roof which we did not install. We explained to her that her warranty only covers the roof we installed and suggested she either call her ** company or we could do the repair for her at our cost.

    Clear energy solutions have tried multiple times to fix my patio's leaking ceiling but it is still continuing to leak each time it rains. I have pictures and video of the leaking cieling. 12/12/22. I would like to have it rebuilt, permanently fixed or refunded. I cannot live with this issue any longer it has been mentally and physically exhausting have to clean up after it rains and trying to contact someone through phone is impossible as they do not answer calls.

    Signed a contract in February, 2022 to install nine windows and gave them a deposit. The contract listed TBD as the install date though I was told one to two months at the most. I have not heard from this company since, despite reaching out regularly to all phone numbers, people and emails associated with the contract. Cancel the contract if you cannot fulfill it so I can hire someone else. Ignoring customers for 4 months who have paid you is not okay.

    *********** I signed a contract with clear energy solutions for a new roof. I was told that my garage would be covered in plastic to get all the debris (it was not) elven though they had access to the garage to plug in their equipment. I am finding nails (old and new) and staples plus roofing materials throughout my property and in the pool. When they put the roof on they nailed the shingles through the wood beneath. All of the law multiple holes are visible under the eaves and in the garage ( since it is open). I can only assume that this goes throughout the entire home. They have comprised the wood on my home to termites. Also the contract clearly shows a picture and description of what they were to address (a cut out to where a tree limb used to be). They had to be called back out to address this but one of the pieces of wood is in two pieces. ****** ******** , the man who wrote up the contract and assured me the garage would be kept clean and did the above mentioned adjustment to the roof line was contacted about this. He had his office manager text me. They are coming out tomorrow with "a piece of wood" to fix the problem. One piece of wood will not fix the issue, and I have explained this to them and sent them pictures. ****** is supposed to come back out to look over the job and to make sure that I am completely happy with the end result, however , his wife was in the hospital with an appendicitis and he is backed up on appointments for this week. I explained he should take care of existing customers before getting new ones. I want ALL the wood they damaged replaced and the only way I see them able to do this is to take off the roof they just put on, replace all the wood and put on the new roof I was promised and that I financed. ( even though I told him I don't need to finance I could pay it all at once since the interest I would pay was crazy. He said there is no penalty for paying the roof off early and proceeded to complete his paperwork.
