I made the mistake of ordering the collagen subscription and tried to cancel it right away when I started seeing negative reviews.They said they could not cancel because it shipped however my email clearly shows I cancelled immediately after ordering. They had the nerve to say I didnt cancel until the next day. As you can see from previous posts they seem to have a (dishonest) answer for everyones complaint in hopes that we will just drop it and they keep our money. I will continue to email them and respond to their false statements.Review from Claudia E

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have tried canceling my subscription 3 times since July 2024 by email and by phone, yet they keep sending me product and billing me. They also said they would send me a return label to send back the unwanted product they kept sending, but I never got that email. My latest email requesting cancellation was dated October 25th, 2024. And now I see there is yet ANOTHER shipment on the way now in December 2024! They are a nightmare!Review from John J

Do NOT do business with these people. The one product I tried for many months was either fake or provided zero results. The worst part: I followed their directions to the letter in an attempt to get a refund yet, due to their refund policy and incompetence, I've had to wait almost thirty business days and still do not have my money yet, they were able to take my money in an instant. This is extremely poor business practice and I do NOT recommend this company.Review from Marguerite S

I started using Collagen with Peptides a good two years ago. My hair was thinning and I wanted to slow down bone loss. After a couple of months, I noticed my nails were growing stronger and my hair got thicker as well. No, it's not as thick as 50 years ago, however, it's way thicker than it was before.Review from Julie M

**BEWARE BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THEM**I went to place an order on their website and entered in my contact number and email address. I received the link for up to forty two percent off my next order. I used that link to add 2 bags of collagen peptides to my cart. I chose the one time purchase option which made each bag twenty seven dollars. However.When I went to checkout, my total was sixty dollars. I'm not sure how they do math, but my total should have been $54. I continued through the checkout screens until the final payment screen to see if it would eventually correct the total as well as add my discount. It never did. So before purchasing , I reached out to their live customer service chat. I chatted with ****** who stated in his first reply that he needed my full shipping address to proceed. I replied to his request and never heard back from him. I sent screenshots of my cart total on the payment screen as well as a screenshot of the discount text message I was also sent. I have been waiting for ****** to reply for over an hour.... Nothing but crickets.I will not be purchasing anything from them.Review from Jessica P

I've been a customer for over 3 years and will remain one for years to come. I equalize their Omega well potency ******** as well as collagen peptides monthly. **************** has always been very friendly and helpful anytime I've needed to call in to make an adjustment to my subscriptions.Review from Valerie B

I have tried to cancel my subscription, and they keep charging and sending the collagen peptides!!! I emailed that I wanted to cancel, feeling very frustrated!!! Please stop!!

I started a subscription for Collagen Peptides and after 5 months is was not working for me, so I decided to cancel. During the cancellation process I was asked to select a reason, I selected "Product did not work", and I was sent to another webpage where the only thing I could do was to switch to a different product. I tried several times to cancel and I could not complete the cancellation process until I started over and selected a different reason for my cancellation, which was "I cannot afford it". Even then the website kept bouncing me around trying to get me to accept a discount in lieu of canceling my subscription. Time will tell if they will actually cancel my subscription or if I will have to involve my bank. Not a good business to deal with!Review from Michele M

Was promised a 10% discount if I allowed company to email and text me. Apparently had to click on it's email, enter a code etc to get it. Also, I ordered 1 bottle of a supplement but it took over 3 weeks to "process" it! Reportedly it's products are made in ***. Had to email company to spur processing! Never again! Now, I don't know if I trust business enough to take the tabs!Live Conscious Response
