Becareful ordering the wrong size because I did for my husband on the sweat pants (hes 5'3 and i ordered a large) as Christmas gift. They did not fit on the 25th and he returned them via **** the very next day on the ************ received items on the 30th. They did not reach out after almost 2 weeks of receiving the product. I had to email them on the 10th asking about the exchange I requested from them. They stated that the pants that ordered were worn and washed which would be impossible because they don't fit my husband. He opened them on Christmas Day. Tried them on to check if they fit but were too long and we returned it the very next day. At that point, they're only wanna give me 60% back in store credit so in order for me to get the correct size I would have to spend *************************************************** 100$. Even after I explained to them what there accusing us of is impossible they still weren't helpful at all. I usually buy my husband **** and gym shark so when he mentioned this brand I was excited for him to try something new. Having this be our first experience is very disheartening. So just be careful ordering the wrong size.Initial Complaint

I want to complain about two orders. After I placed the second order, the enterprise did not send an email or any notice to directly cancel my two orders, and the gift cards I used in these two orders were not returned. I sent them an email to inquire, and they only replied with one, saying the possible reason, but did not make it clear, and sent another email without any customer service reply. Then I called and waited for someone to answer the phone for a long time. They said that because a gift card was refunded, all the gift cards could not be refunded to me. I asked them to tell me the specific gift card number, but they also said that they couldn't find it. I said I would make up the money for that gift card, and you refund the rest to me. He said they couldn't do it and didn't give a solution. Now they didnt delivery the goods and they should return $325, normal merchants won't do this.Initial Complaint

Order # YLA4743278 Purchase Date 11/26/24 Original Total: $104.63 Return Total: $75.82 -$8.14 ******************* that the company is making me pay!Revised Total: $67.68 pending, company is waiting to receive my package before they will issue me refund of $67.68 This is a Christmas gift for my son. I just received the clothing and they are too big. I would like to exchange all items but due to this being busy season the company is out of stock on these items. I was told by customer service that these items will not be back in stock for months! These items are sweatshirts. We live in *******. My son won't need these sweatshirts in months. He needs them now. So I have no choice but to return them. My return amount is $75.82 but the company is making me pay for shipping & handling which is $8.14. I'm not receiving my full refund. When I paced this order I wasn't charged for shipping so I'm not sure how they can charge me for something I never paid for. And remind you, I can't exchange them so I have no choice but to return them. But now I'm taking a loss of $8.14. Plus, the company will not refund me my remaining money until they receive the package and approve it. Which will take weeks! This is unacceptable! Customer satisfaction is their biggest priority but what they are doing to me is wrong!Initial Complaint

I ordered a shirt from young la on October 29, 2024. I paid $53.81 for the item. I contacted them originally on November 10, 2024 to let them know I hadnt received the item and the tracking only said partially ready to ship. They told me it was transfer to another carrier and should arrive in 2-3 business days. After 4 business days passed and I hadnt received it I contacted them again and they told me it had been deemed lost and would like to offer me store credit because the item was sold out. They offered no way of receiving store credit just offered it. I asked if I could just get my money back and they havent replied to me.Business response

We apologize greatly for the inconvenience and experience you had as we don't want anything like this to happen to anyone. Definitely as you have purchased shipping protection a refund is not an issue, we have issued a complete refund on the order which you should see back into your card within 3-5 business days
Also to explain the issue more, the carrier that had been used was not providing sufficient information to us to further bring to your attention which took much longer than needed. We have also issued a $30 gift card due to the inconvenience to hopefully make things right in this situation

I have been buying clothes from this company for years and never had a complaint. As of late all of the purchases I've made had an issue. Either the color was not as described, the size was too small or too big, or the material used was too thick for activity wear. I finally decided to return the last batch of clothing I tried on and my return was denied due to clothing being stained. I tried the clothes on once didn't like then and started a return the same day. After much back and forth with their sales support, someone agreed to do a one time refund for my purchase, see attached chain of emails. After more than 10 business days when I didn't see the refund in my account I contacted the company asking for the status and they sent me a gift card for clothing I already told them I don't want. My complaint this that I have in writing that they approved a one time refund for my order $107.35 and 13 days after which they are reneging on their promise.Initial Complaint

Hello I had to pay approximately $56 to release a shipment from customs because the invoice sent with the package had the wrong subtotal in it. Please see attached invoice The total doesn't include the discount and is $101 instead of $78 that I have actually paid. Once the customs release process has happen I have to pay the bill in order to get my package, Please look at the attached files and see the different subtotals Im also attaching the customs bill (in ILS) and request a refund or store creditBusiness response

They have explicitly let us know if we would like to ship internationally we would have to follow those guidelines which we would need to provide full value of the items, we are working with different companies to improve this and make the experience better for customer but we would need to follow these rules to get you the items you are interested in. We would like to issue a 50% refund for the customs paid in this case if you would like
