This company is a total scam. I received a "free" toner cartridge. A few weeks later, I got another call from a CA number wanting to "thank me" and to please verify my mailing address. The following week, I received a $25 gift card. Two weeks after that, I received a box of toner cartridges that I did not order. After realizing what was happening, I returned the box to the sender. Since then, I just received an invoice for the gift card that they sent me and never got, then they send me a ledger that it was sent and after several phone calls to them stating that we never got this "free gift card". ************* with shady practices.

Same scam as all other reviews. They call to offer free toner, take down the name of the person answering the phone and confirm the address and the copier info. They then send one free sample and a $25 unmarked gift card as a "thank you." A few weeks later we received a large box of over priced toner that we then paid for as we thought someone ordered it. They wait a bit, then sent another order with another employees name that they received from calling the office. We have one copier and would never need this amount of toner, ever. This second order was never taken out of the box. It took several phone calls and emails to argue that we didn't order it and needed to return it. They provided a return label and we sent it back. They've been calling and emailing about a $400 rebate for the returned product that they apparently sent and would like us to "reimburse" them for. They threaten collections, etc. The phone calls and emails are ridiculous.

This company is a total scam. Much like other reviewers, someone from this company called my office line from an "Anonymous" number, asking me to verify our office copier model. When I asked if they were from our managed print service company, they lied and said yes so I gave them the information. Later, I received a "free" toner cartridge for printer model that we don't have. A few weeks later, I got another call from a CA number wanting to "thank me" and to please verify my mailing address. The following week, I received a $25 **** gift card. Two weeks after that, I received a box of toner cartridges that I did not order. After realizing what was happening, I returned the box to the sender with a note to take me off their contact list. Since then, I have been invoiced for the toner that I didn't order (I returned that to sender as well) and I just received an invoice for the gift card that they sent me. I will not be paying that. Shady company with shady practices. DO NOT engage with them.

They call and offer to send you a "free" toner and promise that you will love it so much you'll order from them in the future. Several months later, they then send additional cartridges that are extremely overpriced and then claim that you "ordered" a buy 3, get 1 free package.

I am thrilled with the experience I had with this Tower Imaging. They saved me money while still providing high-quality toner, excellent customer service, and fast shipping. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of toner cartridges and will continue to be a loyal customer in the future.

I am with all the rest of the people trying to be scammed by these people. They called saying they wanted to show their products and if they could send a brochure. I said "Of course!" Then a man kept calling asking if I received the brochure, I said I hadn't, he then said he was going to send a free cartridge so I could try it out, I said thank you. At this point I really wanted to order from them as they seemed to be so nice. Out of the blue, I received 3 cartridges with a demand that I pay for them. I thought it might be a mistake but I soon learned that it was not, they demanded payment. I told them no and found out that according to ******* law you do NOT have to pay for unsolicited merchandise, you can in fact keep it. Nevertheless, I didn't want it and left it collecting dust in a corner in the same box they sent it. I later got a call from them saying I could keep it and USE IT... somehow I felt I shouldn't. I was right. Months later I got a call saying they "Knew" I used it and wanted payment. I didn't use it and told them they could send a label or lose it. They insisted "they sent labels" and wouldn't send more. "Your loss" I thought. They operate on a basis of trying to intimidate people but the law is clear: unsolicited merchandise is considered a gift and you can keep it if you would want to.Don't be afraid of them! They've been using this tactic for years!

Here to report the same experience everyone else has had. This company is a scam. They sent ** a free toner then a month later sent 3 more toners for $600 all without anyone's authorization. They then mailed a fraudulent invoice expecting us to pay for something we never ordered. This company was very pushy trying to convince me that I did order these toners and to keep them. They are very hard to get a hold of but I finally got a hold of the scam artist and They did eventually fax me a shipping label to return everything. I just hope that now this will be the end of it. The salesman even told me "they don't ********* out toners without authorization." Now I see I am not the only one and I hope no one ever has to go through this again.

Same as everyone. Tower Imaging is a scam. Will never take these type of phone again. Will just hang them up.

Very pushy and clearly scammers. Received a "free" toner and then billed for 4 (at double the price we pay) after telling Vince that we had no interest in ordering from other office supply companies. They billed it as a "verbal PO", which isn't even a thing in my company. I was then told that we would be put on a "do not call" list and they have since called twice with different caller IDs trying to get payment for some kind of $25 rebate someone supposedly got.

Sadly same as everyone else. Sent us a trial toner, called before we even got a chance to use it and spouted something about sending more when I do use it. I told them we still never received a catalogue or even an email with pricing. They say they'll send me a catalog, but instead sent 3 more toners and an invoice. I called saying this was ridiculous. Sent back the toner at our cost and told them to remove us. Week later I get an email saying I owe them $25 as a rebate which makes absolutely no sense. Accounting was never sent anything by them so this was a blatant lie to get some sort of profit from their failed attempt.
