    On March 23, 2022 I purchased products from ********* at one of their stores in *************** The fast talking saleswoman convinced me to buy their product and so I did. However, she did not inform me before the purchase that it is non-refundable. I did not realize this until already paid for the product and it was at the bottom of the receipt. I immediately told her that I did not want if I could not return. She said that it was too late. I feel that this is fraud and I don't want it. I have not used the product and I would like a refund. On other websites advertising their product it states that it is refundable withing 15 days.

    I did a huge mistake when was stopped by the sale representative of Introstem in November 2021 in Solvang, CA to let them convince me to try their products. $**** later I was promised to forget about all the beauty shots and all normal skincare routines for years to come. Who doesn't want to look young with beautiful skin to envy! I jumped on this wrack wagon and bought a few items. Of course after using their products for a few months I see no difference. Empty promises and now my wallet lighter for $**** (which i desperately need right now). Please help me to get refund from these scam artists. I have their names: ******* ***** *** ********************** XXXXX

    On February 12, 2022, I was going about my business when I was stopped by a staff who works at ***************** store in Bramalea City Center so I went into the store and was introduced to skincare products by ********* she tried it on my hand and I asked her does it work she said "yes" I told her I cannot afford it and she said I could pay $40.00/month. I asked her, can I return the product? she said "yes" so she took my Information on a tablet she did not tell me she was applying for a loan, so I signed the tablet device. All I saw on the tablet was where I could sign I did not get anything to read I did not get a contract so I took the products home to show my Wife. We decided to return the products when I return the products ********* refused to take the products. A day after my wife went through my email she saw a loan from ********. My wife call me ask did you apply for a loan I said no she said there a loan came in your email that you apply for so I call ********* the same time why you did not tell me you were applying for a Loan in my name she said I thought you knew I said you should have told me what you was doing so I return the products the same day then someone call me from the store asking me where you think the money was coming from I said I was under the impression that I was dealing with the store and I would pay the store monthly so he said he can lower the payment I said no I want to return the products he started to yelling at me I could not say anything he kept talking so I hang up the phone and return the products to the store then I call ******** and explain the matter to them and they give me a reference number and said the loan is cancel I wrote the number on a piece of paper but cannot find the paper they call me the next day said the loan is reopen I said I return the products to the store so I call ********* and said you should return the loan she said her boss is handling the matter so they have the products and the loan.

    I was on a ****** with ******** Cruise in Jan 2022 for a 10 day cruise . On Jan 22, 2022 our port was in ****************** we got off the ship to go shopping and explore, I was walking by the **** *******************) and asked to come in by a pushy salesman for a sample and the saleman proceeded to sit me down and wipe off under my eyes on one side he put Vine Vera Resveratrol Chianti Age Correcting Syringe. He fanned my eye and then I started to feel tingling and tightening after a few minutes he showed me the results which were fabulous the bag under my eye was signifigantly smaller almost not noticable, I was sold! He then did the other eye for me and I was so happy, I thought that I found an answer to my most hated thing about myself. I then purchased 2 syringes and was given a free day and night cream. The two syringes totaled out to $590(retailing for $*******) because he was giving me a deal since we were on the ship. He said not to apply it again for a week and then only at night. Never once said anything about NO REFUNDS OR 48 FOR AN EXCHANGE, knowing we were on the ship so there was no way to come back if something was wrong. So a week went by I went to use my product the boxes seal was gone and my syringe was already open, the plastic tip piece was not sealed into the syringe it just slide out. I didnt think much of it until I tried the product and nothing happened like it did in the salon no tingling, no tightening the gel just dried with no results. I tried to call the number given but no answer and so I have now filed a complaint with my ******** ****** Lines **********. I am reporting them here also because I don't want someone else who works hard for their money to get dooped by these guys! I want a refund and I will gladly send them back their products, they are of no use when they don't work.
