The service occurred within the first week of July 2023. I was given an estimated verbal quote of $7700 at the time of the visit. The final amount sent to my insurance company was $2800. I contacted the company to let them know I'd be paying out of pocket instead of going through my insurance. The company said there would be a reduced cost for out-of-pocket direct payment however, continued to insist on me paying $2800 which was the amount the insurance would have been charged. I received a rude hostile phone call from the owner's assistant ***** insisting the company would take no less than $2500. Meanwhile, I received a conflicting email from another company representative of the final amount being $2070. The business practices of this company are questionable and extremely unprofessional and should be investigated.

In early September of 2020, the unit above mine at ***** ***** **** ************ suffered a pipe/plumbing breakage and the water leaked and damaged my unit's ceiling and walls *********************). The owner of ******, ****** ***** promised to take care of the bill, which I just found out today (May 2, 2022), he has not done. *** Water Damage sent an invoice to me even though this unique situation was explained to them early in September 2020 and again today. It is obviously the owner's responsibility. ***** at *** Water Damage went so far as to threaten a lien against my property (******). I want this first invoice I've seen to be changed to the responsible party's name (****** ***** who agreed again today to "take care of it") and I don't want to hear from this business ever again. ~ ****** ******
