            On 6/4/2022 I purchased a vehicle from *********************** that he had worked on. He assured me at the time of sale and in the description that all was running and in good shape for someone in need of a reliable vehicle. 3 days following my check engine light appears. I reached out due to him stating at the time of sale that he would be available WHENEVER if anything comes up with the vehicle. He then stated he didn't have time and said it must be the alignment. (which would not cause an engine light to appear) This was my first sign of fraud. The following day I had a diagnostic read done for the car. This showed that my catalytic was out. I reached out to ******* by phone call which was avoided, and text to let him know the news. He responded by saying it was listed as "SOLD AS IS" which is a lie that was not on the description of the vehicle. I responded stating to please refund me and take it back or fix what's broken, which led to me being blocked. I feel cheated and lied to, due to him being a business that works on cars I feel as though he is liable. He is a theft in my eyes and sold a faulty car directly off his business lot.
