Best decision we ever made. Thank you Executive Homes. They went above and beyond for us! Highly recommend . Everyone we have talked to about manufactured homes has recommended them as well!! We made the right choice!Review from Sherry H

Absolutely awful business, they were half way nice until I bought my home . I have called numerous times with Issues on this home and a 500 dollars I was promised after the first year if they didn't have to have someone come out and fix my home .4 years later I got my 500 and should have been with Interest but no . Buyer be aware things start falling apart on your home before and after warranty very cheaply made manufactured home. So many regrets.Review from Julio S

Nice people, but after sale customer service is terrible. It's been nearly 2 years since my home was delivered. And there are still many issues covered under the initial installation that continue to be ignored. After numerous emails and phones calls to both Executive Homes and the ******* factory in **********, none of these issues have been addressed. And it's as if their policy is to ignore clients long enough in the hope they will just go away. Not a great business model. I feel I've we've been extremely patient. But now I feel the need to contact HUD and possibly legal counsel. Companies like this should not be able to sale new homes until they meet their obligations to existing customers. In Dec 2021, the master bath window started leaking large amounts of water. The factory responded by email stating they would address it ASAP! Since then, crickets.
