  Purchased tires from them which were supposed to be near 100 tread and after a week began to have issues with one tire. Went back to their business and was disrespected on two occasion by their staff. I do not recommend these stressed out folks. If you cant afford new, just buy from another local shop.

  I just received an email regarding this complaint filed back in January 6th , sorry for the late notice. 

  
  

  He did purchase a like new used set of four tires from us and unfortunately picked up a leak in one of them.  When he came in the first time for us to fix we were very busy. We told him that it was going to be a little bit, but we would fix it free of charge. He got upset and didn't feel like he had to wait.  We are a first come first serve tire shop, no appointments needed.  We try to get everyone out in a timely manner, we just ask our customers to have patience when we are busy.  The second time he tried to have it repaired, he was annoyed with us when he pulled up.  He was also in a hurry and was worried about how long it was going to take.  We told him not long we will start it next and the guys will work hard and fast to get you out quickly.  We will gladly repair the tire for him, so he can bring it in anytime.

  I am rejecting this response because: their response was untruthful and based on the opinion of the workers who believers I was annoyed they did not share why they perceived that I was annoyed or that I rude to them, because I was not. I have already shared this incident with POC in the community and shared that I felt my treatment on both occasions was rooted in either disrespect or race. Either way, I was not only unsatisfied I was made to feel othered by both interactions. I have purchased four new tires from ******************* because at least I am sure that if something happens to the product I will not be treated wrong as if me being upset is wrong.
