Bought a scooter from this business. It came with a 12 month warranty. My scooter’s motor messed up. I emailed the company about the warranty. I got together invoices, pics, videos and everything else they asked for and I sent it to them. They are giving me a hard time by asking me to send stuff that I already sent. And now I think they blocked my email or either changed their email, because I cannot respond to them. It says their email doesn’t exist.

I put a trike on layaway and paid $700 down. I wanted to cancel the layaway and was told that I would be reimbursed $650 ($50 was non-refundable) and that was fine. My debit card that I used was compromised prior to me cancelling my layaway. They sent the refund to my bank on the compromised card. The bank declined it and mega motor madness sent me the receipt showing that it was declined. I contacted my bank and they stated that it was declined to inform the merchant to resend the refund. They refused to resend the refund to my bank because they said even though it was declined, the funds are still with my bank (which the bank denied and that doesn't even make sense). I have been going back and forth with them for 3 days and they refuse to resend my refund, so basically they have stolen $650.00 from me which is way to much money. I am absolutely FURIOUS!!!!!!! It is theft.

I purchased a scooter and paid for professional assembly. When the scooter arrived, it was not properly assembled and only ran for 3 days. Scooter would no longer start. After attempting to contact this company, they have been stalling and stalling me about a return.

On Mon, Jun 13, 11:50 PM, the customer emailed us saying that The scooter just turns over but will not start. But now he stated that he has used it for 3 days.
We have worked with this customer and try to solve the problem. But the customer was not cooperatiing. Customer said that he took the scooter to a repaid shop but was told that the item is not assembled correctly. But according to our technician, it has run 65 miles, it is not an assemble issue.

Our technician advised customer to do the below procedure but he was not willing to do this.

    1. remove the seat and trunk. 4- ten mm bolts and pull out the top.  Let's take a look at the tubing and carb area, let's take a look at the vacuum and gas lines and start there.

After that, we proposed to send the customer some parts if this is needed but he rejected to do this. Since we were get on hold on this for such a long time. There is no way but to have customer to return it back to us. Unfortunately, customer is not even willing to pack the unit.

    That's what he wrote:

"This has nothing to do with me. You guys sent me a scooter that was not assembled properly and I paid for professional assembly. In order for me to keep the scooter I need $500 back. And again, I'm not packing it up. You're going to have to pay for the shipping company to pack it. "

Here is our return policy: https://ww************************eturns

We really hope to solve the problem here but there is no cooperation from the customer's end.

    Thanks.
