    Business response

    08/11/2024

    Dear Sir/Madam:

In ******** to the complaint about my business, I am attaching a letter from a witness who was in my salon at the same time of the complainant and she had provided a detailed description of what she saw on this particular day.  I am also attaching the complainant's negative review of my business on Yelp for your review and as my evidence.

I open my business on Saturday 8/3/2024 at 9:00 am and the complainant came in right at the open and asked for a pedicure.  A male technician was assigned to provide a service to the complainant as his first ******** for the day.  During the 30 minute service, the complainant asked the nail technician to change the nail color three times because she didn't like the one she chose previously.  At this point, the technician asked her to pick the final color and she got irritated by responding "I am paying and I can sit and pick any color I wanted".  I finally stepped in and assigned her a female nail technician to complete the pedicure for the complainant.  After the service was complete, the complainant paid for the service and I apologized for the miscommunication between her and the technician.  However, she didn't accept my sincere apology and threatened me by saying that her husband is a police and she will report this event.  The next day she wrote a negative review on Yelp about my business.

As a business owner, I understand that the ******** is always right and I thrive to provide the utmost respect to all of my ******** to resolve any issue.  Due to a miscommunication on the nail color, the complainant is trying to defame my business by claiming the unclean bowls and tools which is not true.  She was the first ******** on that day and all of the pedicure bowls and tools were completely cleaned and sanitized every night and again being checked at the beginning of every business day especially every single bowl had new plastic liner for a new day.  On that opening day, there were just the complainant and a regular ******** who witnessed the entire event in the first 30 minutes of opening day but she claimed that she saw no cleaning between ********s which is unfair.

Thank you for your time to resolve this issue.

    Sincerely,
