    Absolutely terrible service. I order 2 pairs of shoes on November 25 and ended up receiving them an entire month later! And on top of that one of the pairs was never delivered! I received the ***** BNDG ***** -WHITE/PINK/BLUE shoes but never received the KARAZII - WHITE/BB BLUE shoes. The company issued a refund but I never got the money back. What a scam! I am currently very upset plus the shoes aren't of the best quality either. One of the spikes from the ***** shoes broke off.

    They steal your money and never ship your shoes you paid for. I had to dispute it to get a refund.

    Terrible customer service. I emailed them in regards to cancellation of an order I placed and I have yet to receive a reply. Their websites states that the time frame for their customer service can be from ***** hours but I unfortunately didn't receive anything, which prompted me to send another email. I am yet to receive an answer.

    im beyond fkn ***et, ive called 7 god **** times and nobody answers. i ordered two pairs of shoes on june 25th. they said they would be here on july 9th and they never showed up. tracking for my package says that the shipper created a label but *** hasnt received it. the customer service is f****** ridiculous. i payed 175$ for the black and red ****** spider pumps and the black and red gloomy bear slides. im really put all by all of this bull. if someone dosent reply or call back im disputing the charges for this fake scam bull c*** and if it comes to it ill find a way to file a lawsuit. if so many people are having the same problems as me they should really look into getting better customer service reps.

    Ive been patiently waiting for my order since I ordered on June 30th and its been telling me my order was shipped on July 8th. Now its the 18th and even though I emailed I received no response. Mind you Ive been checking my shipment and to this day it still hasnt move even though I was supposed to receive the boots on the expected day which was July 12.

    I placed an order on Monday April 29th, I got an email notification saying it was shipped on Friday May 3rd and set to be delivered on Saturday May 4th, then on the day of delivery I get a notification from the shipping company that they did not receive the item from the seller and that delivery date would be provided. I them emailed the seller on May 6th to be told the "shipper is picking it up today" no apologies or any further information, but guess what? When I check the status on May 7th, shipper still awaiting package for seller. And when I go onto the website the Dune boots I purchased aren't even on there anymore. I have tried to call the seller as well but it keeps saying no agents available. I just want my order as it's so expensive to buy from this company.

    Hello ********, We are so sorry your shoes did not arrive sooner. Our policy on our website is that our shipping timeframe is 5-7 business days. You ordered on the 29th, which means your shoes should have been shipped between May 6-8. It looks like today, May 8, your shoes are actually in transit, on time. The delivery time shows they will be delivered today by 7:00 pm, on the seventh day, so while we usually ship on the seventh day, your shoes will be arriving on the seventh day, a bit early. We hope you enjoy your boots.

    Their customer service is so f****** bad. they dont respond at all also the non cancelling s*** they do is dso stupid, i never got a f****** confirmation code at all. and they just went on and charged me, i cant even cancel it. im so f****** uoset man, i cant even pay my phone bill

    Hello ******,We see you made a purchase at 11:24 AM just yesterday. If you sent an email to our customer service, our policy states that you should expect a response in ***** hours. It has not yet been ******************************************** line with its policy.     I ordered two pairs of shoes and only got one pair. When I contacted the company I was told my order was fulfilled. Yes it was fulfilled but I only got one pair of shoes, not the two I originally ordered. I sent a photo of my receipt as proof that I bought 2 shoes. Still waiting.

    I have ordered a total of 2 things from YRU. One of the items was a Pre-Sale order that will not come out until November. The other item, which I was very excited about, was a mystery box of shoes. At first, when I submitted the order, it took over 10 business days to process, and it took me submitting a service claim for them to respond. Unfortunately, I do not know where the shoes were delivered as they weren't delivered to my house. I submitted a service claim for this, and YRU advised me to contact *** to submit a claim. Unfortunately, *** refused to let me submit my claim as it was over $100.00 in value, and apparently, I wasn't insured for that. I responded to the service email accordingly on 10/08 and have not seen a response. I sent another service request on 10/11 and have not heard back. At this point, this is about $300+ wasted, and I will have to attempt to retrieve this back through my back. The only resolution I want at this point is my money back and to cancel my future pre-sale order as the customer service I've received has been horrible.
