    I ordered a cordless piano lamp on March 8, 2023. I receive several emails that stated the product was backordered and stuck in a container ship at port. On Sept. 11 I canceled the order and asked a refund. I was sent an email on Sept. 12 that stated my card had been credited and it would take 5-7 business days to see the credit. Today is October 10 and I still have not seen the credit. I called several times and left a message, as no operator was available. I also sent 3 more emails and today I sent the last one and it came back to me as undeliverable and BLOCKED. The representative's email that I had been working with and was blocked from is ***************

    originally placed the order of a conair TM7L double.sided makeup mirror in March 2023, I cancelled the order, and then I decided to re- order the item, which I did on 4/2/23, again I waited for the order they promised would be sent , and I am still waiting for the order. I have tried contacting them, but I get no response from anyone.

    On 12/20/2022 I purchased Equimax Paste Dewormer from Home Goods Center.com The total purchase price was ******. My story is similar to many I have read on your site. I was getting emails telling about delays at the port, and they couldnt get the product. All the while, I was able to get the product from different suppliers, so it didnt make sense. After several inquiries about where the product was, and my regular affirming that I did indeed want them to complete the shipment, they refunded 10% for my troubles. Time continued to march on, and here we are now, 8 months later, still no product, and at this point, I have axed for a refund. To no avail. They at this point, are not even sending the annoying automatically generated emails saying I will have customer service contacting me within 24 hours. So they are basically ignoring me, and I suppose stealing the 800 dollars I sent them. There is a phone number, but noone answers, and based on others like myself, they will never call back. This is so wrong. I am a business man, and I would NEVER take someones money and just not give them service and ignore their attempts of refund. How is this company still in business. A simple refund is a fundamental task that business's do every day, I cant understand why this is so difficult. I doubt there will ever be resolution, but I welcome any possible scenario's where I can get my money back.Thank you *****

    I ordered a barstool from this company back in March the 12th. I reached out to them at the end of April inquiring when it would be shipped as the order was still being processed. They said the container was delayed and they were waiting on another shipment in early May. At the end of May I reached out to them again and they said the same thing. I decided to cancel the order at the end of June since it still had not arrived. They said they would cancel my order and refund the money. I still have not recieved a refund back to my card. I have reached out to the company and they have stopped responding.

    I placed an order on one of there stores for pendant lights back in February and was told 4 times that my order was delayed because of port issues. In May was finally given a discount of $13.60 for the trouble and waiting another couple months and when I contacted the manager they canceled my order and I have not received a refund of my order for $258.40 (remaining balance) and I have tried contacting them multiple times in the last couple weeks and I am being ignored. Their website is a scam and I don’t know why it has not been taken down and I cannot dispute the order since it has been so long.

    On March 18 , 2023 I bought an office printer on-line from Barstool Direct that was to be fulfilled by Peazz.com. I paid $268.46 with my charge card. Over 2 months they kept[t apologizing for not shipping my printer. On April 22, 2023 they gave me a discount of $13.42 USD because they were late shipping. On May 31 after they still did not ship the printer they offered for me to cancel and get a refund of $255.04. This refund was approved by them and said itr would take a few days. Since then I have sent emails and called and get no response to my refund. I still have not received the refund. They are ignoring me completely. I have over 50 emails recorded about this issue as proof. Please help me get my refund. Thank you. ******* *****

    In February, I placed an order on the website Homegoodscenter.com, which is clearly noted to be "a Peazz store." My order number was ************. There were repeated excuses for why my order couldn't be delivered for four months before they cancelled my order on June 13 promising that my refund would be received in "5 to 7 business days." It's now almost a full month later and I've still yet to receive the refund. What's particularly notable is that while I was waiting for my order, I emailed them at least 8 times and always received responses from their customer service within 24 hours. At one point, they even provided me with a 5% refund for my patience (this refund can be seen in the attached "transactions" image). Since my order was cancelled, though, I've emailed them 6 times and called twice, all to no response. The silence feels intentional and I am not expecting that my refund will ever be delivered. I've included their email informing me that my order was cancelled and that I should expect a refund in 5-7 days. I've also attached my PayPal transactions dating back to the 5% refund they provided to demonstrate that a full refund has not been provided. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you!

    Order placed a* ****************** (operated by ********** on 1/12/23 for 5 barstools (order #*******-****) for $606.25 with delivery estimated for 1/31/23. Email sent 2/21/23 to check on status of order and email response 2/22/23 stated it was delayed with expected shipping date of 3/2/23 and will receive email when shipped. Email sent 3/15/23 to check on status of order and email response on 3/16/23 states order delayed with expected shipping date of 10-14 days and will receive email when shipped. Phone call 4/11/23 to check on status-no update available. 4/14/23 emailed to check on status with return email 4/15/23 stating shipping delayed expected shipment 10-14 days. Phone call 5/5/23 to check on order-no update available. Email 5/24/23 to check on status and email returned 5/25/23 stating shipping delayed. Requested refund and cancellation of order per company's encouragement as they were unable to fill the order and unknown date of product availability. 5/25/23 email received confirming cancellation and refund pending. Emails sent 6/1/23, 6/8/23, 6/10/23, 6/16/23, 6/20/23, 6/28/23 asking for ETA of refund with no response. Phone calls to company 6/24/23, 6/30/23 with response they will check with accounting to see where progress of refund is. No return calls from company. Phone call 7/5/23 to company to 7/5/23 for status on refund and response was there is no information available on a refund. I have checked the bank statements and there has been no refund issued to card ending in 1170. I am attempting to get a refund of my $606.25 for items ordered, that were never sent.

    I purchase a bed from HomeGoods Center for $795.14 (formerly know as Peazz) and I never received my bed. I contact the company and asked what my status was and they informed me that the manufacture has not send out my item. So I contacted the manufacture Skyline Furniture and they informed me that HomeGoods Center is not one of their retailer whom they are affiliated with. She also sent me an email stating that the company is a FRAUD. I contact this retailer HomeGoods Center several times and they have to process my refund. Please help!

    Purchased a automatic dog feeder and paid for it, but never received it. After waiting for over a month and the company promising that they would send it by the next shipment, never came through. I requested to cancel the order and receive a full refund. They did not refund my account. I contacted my credit card to dispute the charge and the credit card dispute department stated that the company informed them that they delivered the item. That is a completely untrue!!! I have never received the item I paid for and I have yet to receive the refund. Do not Ever do business with this company!!! they are scamming people by never delivering and continue to come up with excuses in hopes that you forget you ever paid for an item you never received and falsely claiming they delivered the product, so they do not have to refund you. Consumers lose out on the charge for items never received. I'm surprised they are still in business. (just look at all the complaints filed against this business)
