    I placed an online order for custom print products. The products were poorly printed and not to the standards as advertised. The company has multiple email addresses, no contact phone number, and has not responded to me. I sent emails on July 7th, 8th, and 10th. I've requested to return the items for a refund. The initial is not black, but a dark lined green, which appears that their printing device was running out of ink. Also the lettering was improperly aligned leaving a white "shadow" behind the name. I've requested a full refund for $26. I ask for a return envelope to return their products. Two bags were purchased a poorly printed.

    This is **** from ****** International **** We have received your letter regarding a complaint involving ********************* on August 21, 2023. Case ID: ********.
    Firstly, we have not received any prior correspondence on this matter. This letter is the first time we are hearing about this issue.
    Secondly, our company information has been misused, and someone has been using our company details and phone number to conduct sales on platforms like Tiktok and Temu, falsely designating our company as the shipper for outbound shipments. However, we are not aware of who is behind these actions. We have also reported the recent influx of shipments being sent through other people's accounts, with our information being misused as the shipper, to ********** and ****** They are actively investigating this matter and have assured me that they will provide a response in the near future. They intend to shut down these accounts that are misusing our information.

    I would like to reiterate that we are solely a trucking company and do not engage in online sales activities. Furthermore, we have not shipped any packages from our warehouse; all these shipments have been conducted by individuals misusing our company information. Therefore, if it is possible to get in touch with *********************, kindly assist me in explaining this to her, as we do not have her contact information.
