I keep getting phone calls from TAYLORED LEGACY. I have blocked them more than once, but they are uisng some kind of call regenerator method to use another base phone number. Each time they have called, most recently at least 4 times in the past week, I have informed the person before they can begin their upsell that I was not interested in theirr services, and please remove me and put my number on a DO NOT CALL list. The first time I made this request was 2 months ago. At first the calls were non existent until recently they started again. I've worked in call centers. I know the system of floating an unsuccessful call back into the pool and removing it from the DO NOT CALL list. The last person who just called me, would not stop talking after I said I was not interested and again, made the reequest to TAKE ME OFF THE LIST. She got mad and said "but you haven't heard what I was offering." Apparently, she refuded to hear my demand to stop calling. I have looked into getting an attorney if this harrassment does not stop. Action by me or you needs to be taken against TAYLORED LEGACY regarding phone call solicitation harrassment. If it is me, I will seek as much money as I can and attempt to bring in others for a class action lawsuit. I hope TAYLORED LEGACY gets the message. STOP CALLING.Business response

I continue to receive multiple robo/spam calls from "Taylored Legacy." The name of the company is gramattically incorrect which makes me believe this is not a legitimate company. Each time I receive a call, I instruct the caller that the number they are calling has no one here by the name they are calling for, and also to stop calling. My number is listed on the *** registry. I advised of the caller of the same. No other person has had my telephone number in the last 25 years, so there was no prior owner of the number requesting information. I will be seeking monetary damages for repetitive violations of the *** registry and have recorded the last 2 phone calls as evidence of the calls and also that I advised the caller that the number is listed on a *** registry. This company clearly believes that the laws do no apply to them and reading the other complaints about similar situations and the blatant lies provided as a response from the company are great pieces of admissible evidence for any litigation by anyone harassed by this fraudulent company. This is not an idle threat, I intend to see that these scammers are penalized to the fullest extent of the law.Business response

9/11/2024 Never heard of this company or requested anything from them but receive multiple calls daily from them on different phone numbers. This is nothing but sales harassment and their desperation for business is apparent. I have blocked at least 8 different phone numbers over the last month but the variations of numbers are overwhelming. This is disruptive to our health and peace of mind.Business response

Daily spam calling even after being asked to remove me from calling list (in my specific VM message). Never inquired for their services, no idea who they were until all the daily calls. Been going on for 3-4 weeks now. I keep blocking each of the #'s they call from and a new # w/same CO name calls and then I have to block that # as well. Multiple phone calls to my elderly mother every day. Not answering does not stop them from calling. Calls are always from different numbers so impossible to block.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I do not agree that anyone reached out to this business for a quote, and in any case multiple calls to day that are repeatedly declined should be an indicator to stop calling that number, or at the very least leave a message and wait for a response. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I have been getting between 2-4 calls multiple days in a row from this company on and off for months. I initially ignored the calls but have now asked three times (including today 9/6) to have my number removed from this calling list and told them I am not interested and did not sign up or provide my contact to receive this information. It is a similar experience as all the other complaints listed here.After asking them to stop calling I still received multiple calls a day all from different numbers with the same area code.
