    I purchased Caliper covers from ************************* on 2/6/2024 Order # ACC1647066. The order was shipped on 2/12/2024 On 2/16/24, Prior to the shipment being received, I contacted NAPA accessories division and told them I wanted to return the item because I had changed my mind. I spoke with a customer service representative on. 2/16/24 and was advised that I could refuse shipment from ****** which would probably be a quicker way of getting a refund. I heard the ***** driver outside my door and ran after him and told him I was refusing shipment and to return it to ****. I confirmed the scan was done, and the product was on its way back to *********** **********. I received confirmation from ***** that the order was received in their warehouse on 2/21/2024 and signed for by QQuezada. I have called Napa, customer service, emailed them, and chatted online and have been told the same thing over and over. They are waiting for a return authorization number from the manufacturer before they can process my refund. I have several communications saying to wait another one to two business days and I should receive an email. It has now been almost 2 weeks and I have not received any return authorization number or any indication that my refund is being processed. My latest communication was today When I advised I was doing a charge back with my credit card because I havent heard anything about my refund. The person in the email said they would forward my email to the returns department. I never even received the product. The box was never opened. It was refused shipment and returned to them almost 2 weeks ago and I still dont have a refund. I am looking for a complete refund before I take this to small claims court. Im hoping this is not necessary because its ridiculous. I dont have my refund yet. Emails and screenshots of chat. Conversations are available upon request.
