The amount financed was not negotiated with the Sales Consultant. The selling price, payment and term were fully disclosed by ****** and ***** (Sales Manager) which included the Alarm at her request. She decided to also purchase the *** coverage while finalizing and signing contracts. The amount financed is reviewed before final signatures in the ******************* The price of *** and the Alarm were discounted from retail price to reach her negotiated payment goal. I have attempted to reach the client. She has come in and spoken to the Sales Manager and Sales Consultant. If she would like to cancel either ***, Alarm or both we will do that.

Six months later , the same situation . But this time , they send a tow truck to pick up my truck and o surprise . 5/29/21 I purchased Nissan Rogue 2021 from Mossy Chula Vista (original contract price $44,253.22). I had mechanical issues and would call for months they would route me to voicemails to different departments sometimes even being hung up on I ended up taking vehicle to Mossy ***** for service and other issues which they have provided great customer service and documentation on mechanical stuff. I had to call Nissan consumer affairs just to get a call back from the general manager *************** September 5th, we spoke he made arrangements for me to come in and ask that I provide a payoff letter because I paid everything off in full which I did provide. September 16th I receive a voicemail from general manager ***************, so I called dealership back I was told by **** the finance manager not to come in and I had told them that I made arrangements directly with the ** and it didn't matter because they threw me off to sales department on behalf of the general manager with *****, he was so rude to me not speaking of any resolution, bad customer service and didn't care about their customer safety because that dealership sold me a vehicle that could cause serious injury and possibly death. BBB Autoline is dealing with the manufacturer mechanical issues but this issue is towards that business directly. customer service is terrible they're taking people's money and selling vehicles that could kill people in our community and in our state and their benefiting monetarily. I want a resolution immediately and they should be held accountable and should call their customer back to make arrangements immediately.

    To whom it may concern,

We spoke with *************************** and mentioned to her the process of gap cancellation.

Nissan also has been trying to reach her.

With her concerns on mechanical issues, our records only showed her two visits for basic oil changes and tire rotation.

Please let *************************** know that we are here to provide customer service and to contact us anytime at ************.

    Thank you so much.
