I was very excited to purchase a faja the ******* model whole faja . IAM 5,3 I felt the faja was pulling my shoulders down and IAM not even tall , . The top was not able to cover my breast implants ,and definitely gave me no shape,I had to pay alterations and the lady ended up making me a whole new better faja.Sol Beauty and Care Response

Bought almost $450 on 2 pieces of shapeware and one was rip from shipping and the other one was gonna change size but their policy is no returns only for a other of their products and you also have to pay for the return, quality is 6/10 it got thw wires out after a few uses.Sol Beauty and Care Response

Very unsatisfied with this company I order a shirt but it was too small I didnt even wear it or nothing requested an exchange for different size and they didnt want to that because they said that supposedly they used uv light to check and they found dead skin on the shirt thats ridiculous thats not even possible the shirt just by looking at it it was super small I didnt even try it on or nothing !Sol Beauty and Care Response

Dont buy from this buisness, my wife made an order for a body suit and was exited to use it for for an Army event that Im having for my job since I will soon be deployed, this company didnt want to exchange the item for another size calming that she had try on the item and had dead skin on it when she didnt even attempt or let me me zip it up for her. The item was returned in perfect condition and now she spent her $140 on an item that wont even fit for the event. I made a purchase online, on the instructions it says you are allowed to try them on and they even send an extra underwear to try on the body suit, I did not have to make use of the underwear because as soon as I put my hands in to the body suit I noticed there was a big gap in the back so I decided to not even button up the faja since it was to small or to even try on the under part it was pointless, right there and then I placed it in the original box with tags on ect just exactly how they sent it and next day started the return to exchange for a bigger size, to send back I had to pay shipping out of my pocket and then they tell you they will be taking 10 to 20 business days to to check your product under led and magnifying glass????? they took about *********************** they cant exchange my product because they found dead skin on the product, so now Im wondering if its even true since I didnt even button up or nothing and even if it was like that how was I supposed to try on the product? In the instructions it says you are allowed to try on the product and does not say nothing about wearing something extra under so there is no extra skin or to exfoliate before trying on the product. This products are expensive so that they can just come out with some stupid lame excuse not to exchange or return your money. I will be reviewing them in each and everyone of there stores and also on TikTok because this is very unfair. $140 dls without counting shipping has gone to trash just like that for nothing, save your time and dont buy from this company.Sol Beauty and Care Response

This brand is depressing the sizes run way to small I usually wear a medium in some things large because i like loose fit i thought this faja would help followed instructions still it was way to small when received item, their customer service is horrendous the lack of service it took over a month to get my garment replaced plus you have to pay for return and pay to get new garment I do not recommend at all because even when you follow the video and check your size the items are still way to small. I bought a small size and had to exchange it for a bigger size I didn't like that I spend so much money and had to pay for a return and and shipping + they recommended a xl size which im not completely satisfied cause I had to put it on the last hook which I wanted something that I could put on the first hook and work my shape to a smaller size from this waist trainer I would have to buy another one if I want to adjust my waist to a smaller size. **************** was great but not current on size, decide to keep it cause I don't want to be paying for return and shipping all over again........Sol Beauty and Care Response

I received defective and used Faja from S0l beauty and care. I emailed them and they said I could not exchange but to send it back to them to see why it was defectiive. They received it and ***** never gave me a refund .The zipper was broken and the material is cheap.Sol Beauty and Care Response
