    I originally purchased a prebuilt PC on July 11th 2023. I received it on July 14th and upon noticing it was damaged initiated a return/replacement claim. I received the shipping label on the 17th and shipped the item back on the 19th. On the 28th I inquired about the status of my replacement since my return had been received on the 24th. I was told multiple times it was being looked into, on the 28th and 31st. Eventually I received a tracking number at the end of the day on the 31st for a different delivery with a different destination. I have tried to contact through messaging and calling(multiple times and leaving messages), but no one has reached out to clarify where my actual item is.

Nutrend has far exceeded their allotted time to make good on this and is now causing detrimental financial damage to my accounts.

Right after we received customer's cancellation request, we contacted the shipping carrier and recalled the package. The package didn't returned to us until recently. I can understand the customer as they have to wait few days before receiving their refund but we do hope that you can also understand our RMA procedure. Only after the item is returned back can we release the refund to customer. We do value this customer, a full refund already been issued to customer and this refund should reflect on customer's bank account in 1-3 business days. This company has only issued 50% of the refund instead of refunding the entire amount. Nutrend is still refusing to process this properly and is intentionally making this difficult. We apologize for refund was only issued on one item by negligence but please trust us that we're not intend to partial refund this customer. Now the refund on another item also has been issued. Like before, it takes 1-3 business days for the refund to be reflected in customer's original payment method. As i have my refunds being processed properly through Newegg, we are done here. thank you Newegg for solving what Nutrend refused to correct.
