Terrible company. I bought a treadmill 2 years ago and I was on it and it totally died started smelling very strong burning smell. Called to get someone to fix it and they make you repair it yourself!! They try to diagnose by pictures etc. This is not acceptable. They want me to bug parts and put them in myself. Im not even sure what they say is wrong will work. I will never buy anything from this company again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from them. My treadmill was over $500 and it shouldnt break after only 2 years.Sunny Health & Fitness Response

Company sent me a bike that was obviously damaged in transit and possibly a defective product. Exercise bike arrived with a damaged fly wheel cover and was unrideable. Company was notified and option was they would send a replacement part for me to fix or I could return it to them, but at my cost. Part arrived and upon taking the bike apart to replace found more damage or defect in the pad touching the fly wheel. I was unable to get the pad from touching the fly wheel. Company was again alerted to the additional damage/defect and with a request of a replacement or refund and a return of the damaged bike at their cost. Company's response was that I could continue to try and fix the delivered damaged bike or file a warranty claim. This does not fall under the warranty claim because it arrived damaged and/or defective. Bike has been unrideable since delivered, due to the company's fault or the company they used for delivery.Sunny Health & Fitness Response

Horrific customer service and even worse product. I had my treadmill for a few months and Ive had to open it up and fix it myself at least 3 times. This final time I think the motor is done for good and its only been a year with twice a week usage.Sunny Health & Fitness Response

I ordered a treadmill. Lasted 7 weeks. Called and emailed Sunny Fitness. They refused to help me. They did not honor their warranty.They wanted me to take the circuit off the treadmill and fix the electrical. Worst customer service and arrogant people as well as shoddy products.I will never order another sunny fitness product. Horrible experience.Sunny Health & Fitness Response

Worst company to buy from and deal with, after the fact. I bought a treadmill online and received it on 3-13-2023, I assembled the treadmill on 3-14-2023, without a problem, but when attempted to try it and use it, it did not work. The unit was connected and the display board light up only showing dash symbols across. Although the red emergency-stop was connected, it did not respond to speed nor inclination when pressing the appropriate buttons. I tried to re-set the treadmill without success. ******** care was contacted via phone and after viewing attached picture and video, that they required as proof; the lady who received my call told me a technician would study the problem and would be notified via e-mail on how to repair it. SAY WHAT!!! I am not repairing this machine, I bought it new and expected to be delivered and to be in optimal working condition. That was not the case. A day later I received an email stating my case was going to be elevated to customer relations for review. WHAT? I thought I had already spoke to customer relations? I send a new email asking for instruction on how to returned the faulty machine and be refunded. Nothing happened I decided to call customer service and was told to send pictures of proff the item was packed in their original box and ready to be return in order to get approval and a label. I am an 80 year old woman who ordered a new adapter for the Sunny Exercise Bike. I received the new adapter. The plug end of the adapter is larger than the opening on the bike. So it does not plug in. I tried to get a refund. They obviously do not refund. I had to send pictures of the adapter. They said it is the right adapter. It is the right voltage but not the right side plug. There are different centimeters on electronic plugs. I have sent over 10 emails with pictures. I can't believe a company is so cheap, that they will not take a return item. At this point, I will go shopping to find the correct sized needed.Sunny Health & Fitness Response

I bought one the more expensive models of bikes, hoping for ************* but I was mistaken. The bike arrived damaged, and the company did send plastic covers that were broken, but now parts that should be working beyond the 6 month warranty are broken. I need a new bearing and a new resistance **** and I do have an open claim (XXXXXX) in which they said they will cover the cost of parts but it has been almost 6 weeks and they still have not shipped them. This bike was too expensive to be a paper weight after just 8 months of light use. I have asked for updates and all I am told is to continue waiting they are trying to ship out as fast as possible. Really recommend buying a different brand of bike that is more reliable. I wish I could get money back on this purchase. I should have returned when it arrived broken.Sunny Health & Fitness Response

I bought a treadmill in May 2022 and in October 2022 the belt broke. I was sent another belt which took two weeks to arrive and then I was asked to watch u-tube videos to fix it myself. This is ridiculous that it took me 2.5 hours to tear apart cover and install the belt which was not an easy task.
I do not run on the machine... just walk and I do not use it every day and I am only 130 lbs.
I would never purchase anything from this company again and would suggest anyone to not waste their time and money with this company.Sunny Health & Fitness Response

From the BBB reviews "this is not what you are used to hearing" is not a true statement. Sunny fitness has many of the similar BBB complaints that sadly I found out after my purchase. I will use BBB before any future purchases.

I bought an exercise bike from them. We put it together and it did not work. I called them and they wanted me to try and fix it before I return it. They sent me videos and diagrams, ridiculous. So I tried to do the best I could. I could not remove the entire plastic cover because the screws were in tightly from the manufacturer. I was afraid to break the plastic cover and then I would not be able to return it. I called the company once again to tell them what was happening. The lady on the phone actually called me negligent and said I would have to pay for the return because I was not able to remove the cover. First of all, who is negligent in this scenario.... certainly not me. All I wanted was a bike, that worked, so I could use it. I bought it new so I should not have to fix anything nor am I a mechanic. The lady on the phone said a manager would call me back because I said I should NOT have to pay shipping to return it, it arrived broken. No manager ever called me.
