Torchstar punishes customers for their employees leaving things out of the box and will not provide the piece or offer ability to purchase the piece. Steer clear of this company.. I originally sent a picture of what was missing from the box and was made to waste my time sending copies of invoice and additional information when the person I was dealing with already knew they had no intention of providing the part. I now have 4 lights installed on my house which I purchased from them with one missing a top piece that was never packaged in the box I purchased.Review from Aarsenio P

I bought some landscaping lights for our front yard and it's all controlled to my phone and it's absolutely beautiful. Color changing and brightness we absolutely love them. Thank you Torchstar for all the great advice.Review from Heather R

After receiving my new lights for my entertaining area, I actually ordered the wrong lights for my deck and I was expecting pushback like you get from most businesses nowadays. Instead I was greeted by some wonderful customer service. She went over not only my options but also explained the lights that I received and having her on speaker phone my wife chimed in with a few questions and we would up keeping my mistake and ordering the top of the posts as well. Then my second issue was that the surrounding the house called wall wash lights and they walked me through a different way to set them up. I thought I wouldn't like it but we are both very happy with the end results. And you know what they say "Happy Wife Happy Life" So Thank you **** and ****** for all the help. I have already suggested TorchStar to my neighbors and friends and even my **** care guy likes how it all turned out. I think it shows off his work as well. Thanks AgainReview from ALEX L

This company is out to scam customers ships a shipment with less than half the items you ordered and then tells you they shipped all the items in 1 box when physically all the items ordered would need 2 boxes or a bigger box. rather than shipping me the missing items they continue to state it was shipped and still do not want to ship me the lights. I had to contact sales to get any response to the problem they will happily answer to take your money but if you need customer support its a call in the wind no phone call pick *** or emails. Avoid the torchstar.us website and Amazon store they also own leonlighting which will have the same problems.
