f received an ice maker from Gevi ************************************* The retailer was Amazon. The machine failed after three months. Gevi agreed to replace it. I returned it to them. They sent an email claiming they shipped the unit via *** (tracking id: :*******************. However, *** indicated that the label was printed but no package was shipped. I made numerous attempts by phone, email, and the Gevi website's contact form to get them to let me know why nothing was shipped. The phone customer service agents could give me no information but promised an answer within 24 hours. None came. No answer to my emails either.Initial Complaint

Purchased Gevi grind and brew 10 c coffee pot June 17 2023 from Gevi store on Amazon. Pot started not pumping, not heating water and giving error codes in Feb. Attempted to look for assistance on company website. No information helpful to be found. Contacted Amazon with request for return. Amazon also posted this machine$ 50 less than I was charged. Also on company. Amazon refunded me full price and directed me to contact company. After much delay in emails they have sent back to Amazon stating I must have bought from 3rd party . I checked again and it was the company store on Amazon. I am requesting they honor their warranty for 1 year and send a replacement coffee pot. Their reviews are terrible and they could solve this by sending a new pot. I don't want $ I want a replacement pot per the warranty.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Gevi Nugget icemaker on 12/8/23. In March the unit started to malfunction and began to get worse so I contacted customer service at ******************** on 4/8/24. They asked for information on the malfunction and the unit and I sent it to them. They then requested I send my ice maker back since it was still under warranty and they would send me a replacement. They issued a prepaid label and I sent the unit back. I contacted them on 4/23/24 to let them know that *** picked up my ice maker and it was on its way to them. I have made several attempts since the 23rd to get an update as to when I can receive my replacement and I get no response from them. I am now without an ice maker that I paid for after I did all that they requested.Initial Complaint

I received an espresso machine as a gift. Unfortunately, the water tank no longer works. I reached out to the vendor to purchase a replacement water tank for my specific machine. The vendor stated that I will need to leave a product review similar to another customer or purchase an entirely new machine. The vendor stated that if I leave a review with pictures and a video, copy a different review, that it will send me a new product. I never received a new answer. I left a review on the machine that I purchased and the vendor is asking me to leave a review on an entirely different product that I did not purchase. I have screenshots of the product for visibility. This is misleading consumers completely because you have to give a five star review just to resolve your issue and on the product they specify even if it is not the one you purchased. I also really just wanted a link to the replacement part for my water tank so I could purchase it.Initial Complaint

I purchased a GEVI Nugget Ice maker from Amazon on November 25, 2022. It was purchased with order #***-9741897-4736255. I received notification that there was an active recall on the device. I followed the instructions in the recall notice to cut the power cord, take pictures of the cut power cord in front of the specification card with serial number and other identification of the manufacture date. I did that in October and waited for the new unit to arrive but received no communication from the company. I called them on December 13th, 2023 and they sent me a email message that my submission was incomplete. I don't understand why it went so long if it was incomplete and also the pictures that I provided included the information that GEVI said was missing.Initial Complaint

********************************************************************************************* Purchased this product less than 2 months ago and it already broke. Vendor is giving me the run-around and refusing to honoring their warranty on the product. I paid approximately $200 for this item from their Amazon Store and they are not giving me instructions on how to return the product for RMA, despite me constantly asking for it.Their last reply consisted of their "engineers" and "quality control" taking a look at the videos I sent them and telling me it will "take some time" to examine them. These are obvious delay tactics to frustrate consumers and get them to just toss out their low-quality and defective equipment that they sell.Please see the attached email for the conversation I've been having with them. I purchased the Gevi Espresso Maker on Amazon Order # ***-4939549-7620215 on 7/13/22. I received the unit on 7/16/22. It has a one year warranty. I contacted Gevi home via text message 6/29/23 on their website. I. sent an email on 7/1/23 for a problem with the machine spewing hot water from the steam wand while brewing coffee. I received no response. I called the **************** # on 7/5/23. I was told to email a video of the issue to the ***********************************************************. I received an email telling me how to repair the issue by opening the machine and removing parts and videos on how to do it. I responded with an email that stated I did not have the tools or skills to do such. I then received an email that they would send me a reconditioned machine. I declined and asked for a new machine. Gevi responded with a copy of a warranty and saying it only covered a reconditioned machine with a new 12 month warranty. I agreed to that. I sent a follow up email requesting tracking information. I received the "reconditioned" machine on 7/21/23. It has coffee grounds on the brew head and milk on the steam wand!. It came in the original box that was shipped back to Amazon by the original purchaser and had a used, stained user manual in the box. I emailed and phoned Gevi and requested a new machine and then requested my money be refunded. Gevi responded with an email that told me that they thourghly clean and test the machine with grounds and powdered milk. This is unsanitary and unsafe for me to receive a dirty machine. I have no longer have confidence in the company to provide me a safe and usable machine and want a refund of the purchase price of $195.74Initial Complaint

As with another person above, I purchased an appliance that was around $750 which stopped working and I have been attempting to either return or refund it under warranty. The custom service has been atrocious. They have looked up my order and stated multiple times that it is still under warranty, but continually give me the run around and request more and more information without actually doing anything for me. Today they had the nerve to request that I take the appliance apart, fill it with water, and then take a video of the exact part that is leaking so that they can help me "troubleshoot". I told them I'd be happy to send it back to them if they'd like to send me a**** label but that I wasn't about to take apart and appliance and run a diagnostic on it when it is still under warranty. Do not buy anything from this company as they do not provide any actual support and they definitely do not honor their warranties.Initial Complaint

After a couple months of use the automatic shut off stoped working and the unit stayed on all night to the point where it scorched all the coffee and could have burned my house down killing everyone in it. This unit is a electrical fire hazard. So I contacted The warranty department and they wanted a video of the malfunction. I sent a small video because I am not plugging this fire hazard into my home overnight again. So after 13 emails and a phone call, they still do not know what a auto shutoff means and will not honor their warranty. Avoid this companies products, they do not honor their products.
