    We had a delivery that was confirmed for a certain day. Without notice, that day arrived and we received a notice that it would no longer be delivered that day, and that it would take at least another week. We reached out and they refused to offer an explanation or refund of service.

    I have been trying for months to get a replacement part for a bunk bed I purchased through this company. They take my call and say theyre going to send an email and send it and never do. I have called over ten times and now I cant return it anymore so I am stuck with a $900 bunk bed I cant use because a piece was damaged in the box. They could care less. The lady now hangs up on me every time I call!! I just want a simple replacement part!!!

    I ordered a piece of furniture from Amazon and they used this service for delivery. At first they attempted to deliver it but rescheduled as I was not home. They stopped responding to my calls text and the drivers told me it was none of their business to deliver my product. This is an 800 item. They have been *** and at this point I feel like they want to get away with my product. The seller has also tried to contact them without any avail. I believe these are professional scammers who prey on people and still expensive items if not well tracked. Please make sure they stop doing this business as even on their reviews it seems like this is not the first time they have done this.

    I purchased a metal loft bed from amazon on 9/15/23, then Amazon delivered the bed to my home on 9/22/23, we took all the pieces out of the box and noticed the hardware bag with all the screws needed to put the bed together was missing. I called and spoke with a customer service agent on 9/25/23 who was rude and had a bad attitude, she put a order in for a bag of hardware to be overnighted to me, she advised me I would receive a email with tracking number within 2 days, the hardware order number is btw-******. I called and spoke with another agent with customer service on 9/27/23 who advised the order was never processed and she has no idea when the hardware will be mailed to me, she advised she is sending a message for someone to call me/escalate the order for the hardware to be mailed out. I called again today 10/2/23 and spoke with the same lady who assisted me on 9/25/23 and she advised there is nothing they can do and she will send another request for someone to call me. This is a children's bed, the safety of my child sleeping in a bed is important to me, it should be important to any child. I don't think Gigacloud cares about there customers or the products they sell there consumers. I want and need the hardware for my Childs bed ASAP. she is sleeping on a mattress on the ground. Gigacloud needs to make this right. I understand mistakes happen, someone forgot to grab the hardware needed to assemble the bed. But I have talked to 3 people who does not care about my situation. has not once sad I am sorry about this experience. I am not going to put a bed together for my child without the right hardware needed as that is a safety hazard. I need someone to call me and make this right. my number is ************

    **************** tells me one day before delivery that they don't have room for my furniture on their truck and won't have another truck for weeks. Time was of the essence. There is no contact from the furniture company and the Gigacloud can't do anything but wait weeks before I could get another delivery window. There is no way of knowing whether this will happen again and I can't get them to deliver or send back to the company for my refund.

    I purchased the ***CATBOX from Wayfair on November 2, 2022. The product was shipped via ***** and worked perfectly until May 27, 2023. The product just stopped working. I tried all of the suggestions in the product manual but the unit was/is completely dead. I have contacted the company by phone and email numerous times from May 30, 2023 thru June 20, 2023. I have not received a response to my emails. Each time I've phoned them I was told to send an email. My Wayfair order number **********. The purchase price was $676.33 plus applicable taxes. The company also gave me an order number BTW-******. The product manual states that the item has a 1 year warranty.

    I purchased a couch from a company called Castlery who used GigaCloud Logistics as the delivery courier. I had this couch delivered on 8/24 and the delivery drivers damaged my walls upon delivery and now I am losing my security deposit because of it. I promptly informed Castlery who then told me they cannot help and I need to seek resolution via Giga Cloud who at first claimed I need 'video evidence' when nobody has ever filmed their couch being delivered and the damage was found behind the couch, the delivery drivers assembled and put the couch in front of the damage while I was not present but I did take pictures of the damage and let them know asap. Ever since then nobody can help me and both Castlery and Amex have told me to reach out to Giga Cloud. Not only does Giga Cloud not respond via phone but their email seems to be based in China and they responded only once late at night asking for evidence and since then have not replied and it has been weeks now and nobody seems to care or want to help me. They also provided the COI well after delivery.
