I BOUGHT A COFFEE PERCOLATOR IN JUNE 2023. THE **** ON THE *** CRACKED. MAKES GOOD COFFEE SO I ORDERED ANOTHER *** ($21). TOOK 4 MONTHS AND SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO RECEIVE. IN THE MEANTIME, I BOUGHT THE SAME PRODUCT. NOW, A LITTLE OVER A YEAR LATER I HAVE SPENT $120 ON 2 EXPLODING COFFEE PERCOLATORS. THE **** KEEPS BLOWING OFF THE *** WHILE PERCOLATING SPEWING HOT COFFEE ALL OVER THE PLACE. *** FILED A DANGEROUS PRODUCT REPORT WITH THE *************************************. NOT ONLY HAVE I WASTED MONEY AND TIME, THIS PRODUCT IS DANGEROUS. BEYOND ****** AND DISAPPOINTED.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. I'm truly sorry to hear about the issues with the coffee percolator, especially the safety concerns. We take this matter seriously, and your safety is our top priority. If the percolator is overfilled over the marking line, it may spew coffee through the 3 small venting holes but will not blow off the lid, the unit does not have strong pressure for this to occur.We do apologize, the part was out of stock and payment was not processed until the order started processing.We have no record of you contacting us again after your part purchased was received.Heres what we can do to assist, please feel free to send the unit in and we will be happy to inspect the unit. Zero Stars Received my product and it did not have all the parts inside the box. This was a gift, so it was not opened right away. I have spent months trying to get the parts and I have done everything they asked to show that it was purchased brand new from ******. Now they will not even respond. So now I have a bread maker paper weight. ******** customer service. Please spend your money elsewhere, anywhere but with them. They need to go out of business.Maxi-Matic, USA Response

Hello,In reviewing the information a team member is working with ****** ******. Our policy does require a bit of information to better assist the customer and help us determine how to proceed. Unfortunately, it appears we did not receive all the information requested and the information received was unclear from the customer to help us resolve the issue. Terrible product! Ice cream maker paddle broke first use. **************** policy is absolutely ridiculous. The process for a 9 dollar part was so intense and I just gave up with them. Horrible customer service. Reached out via email many times and got the same run around. They sell faulty products what seems like on purpose and refuses to make it right. There is no way that a company can have so many bad review about the same thing and continue to sell it. I was told that replacement was sent and delivered via **** I had proof through **** daily notification and my many security cameras that on that day my mail carrier did not deliver and that I was more then happy to show them. After I told them that I got the I have checked with management and they will let me send out another....ha ha ha. Liars. I work in shipping and receiving and I know how the business works. This had been going on since the beginning of Sept 2023 its is mid Oct 2023 and still no resoulution. I wouldn't have had any issues returning except I waiting to use the product and the return had lapsed a few days over the Amazon's 30 days.Beware. They are frauds.Review from Kenneth S
