    I am a return customer to ******************** I have several wigs by them but the last two times I purchased the wigs were shedding over bleached and the wig caps were very small with no option on the site for a larger wig cap size. Over all this was a disappointing experience and will likely never purchase from them again.

    This company Luvme is scamming people out they money I purchased 8 wigs and not yet received any of them I've emailed them several times with no resolution. The tracking website is called track17 it says my items were delivered I've received no packages

    This company should not be in his business!! I ordered a wig at the beginning of December, its been in transit since December 11th and its now December 19th. It was supposed to be here a week ago and the company refuses to refund me or send a new wig. They keep telling me to wait a few more days, or they dont answer at all

    I placed an order with this company on December *******. Order # ************ arrived at my home on 12/11/2024. I opened the package and found the contents were damaged. I immediately took photos and contacted the consumer at the email address listed. **************************************** I have only received one response from the company. The hair is damaged and unusable. I provided photos and also contacted on ******** and they have not responded.

    November 21, 2024, I purchased one wig and two wig grips from Luvme Hair. I never tried on the wig until December 5, 2024 and found out that the wig they advertised Airfit all day wig is extremely to big even though it states that the wig fits smaller heads. I contacted company by online chat and multiple emails. The online representative never responded , I was the only one chatting, I sent emails to **** and ******, only response was from **** @ 346AM stating I have to pay a restock fee of $10, Im at the point, I really dont care, I just want a return address and, I have an address which it's the address above to send item back, but I do feel a label of return should be provided to me, but no one will respond because after 12/21/24 the 30days of return is over

After a thorough inspection, we found that the lace on the wig has been cut, which unfortunately does not meet the requirements of our return policy. As such, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a full refund or a replacement for this item.However, as a valued customer, we would like to provide you with two alternative solutions to resolve this matter:1. While we can not afford you full refund of the wig, after discussing your case internally, Im happy to inform you that we've been able to offer you half of the refund of the wig which we hope reflects how much we appreciate your business. This is more than our standard offer, and we worked hard to make sure we could extend this to you as a valued customer.2. If you would prefer to have the wig returned to you, we can arrange to send it back and you will need to pay the half of the shipping fees which is $15. If you prefer us to resend, please kindly confirm your shipping address so we could send the invoice for you to pay. Once you pay, we will arrange the wig shipped back to you. Thank you.I have returned the wig here is my information.This process has taken longer than usual I have never had to return any of your products but this quality was unacceptable, I had my two daughters review this and they too were in disbelief. How can we make this right the delivery was delayed and the wig was a defective. Requesting an exchange as I had cut the lace not knowing the tracks were that visible I mortified and not happy with this process. I do like your wigs and have promoted them. Consumer ****** Hello I received my hair finally, however Im truly disappointed in the delivery time, but to see the tracks showing in this wig is unacceptable, Ive never had an issue with your products but this one needs to refunded or exchange the tracks are showing and its feels more synthetic

    I placed an order on September 18th for a wig and received the product September 25th. The product was not as advertised so I sent an email September 25th to their customer service email: *************************************** as instructed on the website. I did not receive a response, so I sent another email, September 27th. I did not receive a response so I sent another email later that day. On their website it says that they will respond to all emails within 48 hours. I still have not received a response to this day (October 7th). They have a live chat option on their website, so I utilized that to request a return on September 29th. I returned the item and haven't received a confirmation that the item was received or a refund to my account. Their website says that they take 2-3 business days to issue a refund. It has now been over 1 week. I attempted to contact them today via the live chat once again, and kept receiving an automated message saying "Currently our staff is not available now, kindly let us know your email address so that we could get back to you.?? Thank you." I sent my email and received the same message over and over. I would like to get my money back and settle this issue.

    On July 20, 2024, I purchased hair from Luv Me Hair. The hair I received looked nothing like what was advertised. I requested to return the hair. They sent me a return label and I sent the hair back. I have proof they got the hair back. I never received the refund. I initially paid ******and they only sent ***** back. They owe me ******! They are playing games claiming they were processing the refund but never did. There are hundreds of similar complaints just like mine. Why are they able to rob people like this? They owe me ****** and I want it NOW!!!!!!!

    I have sent this company 2 emails which is the only way I understand to get a hold of them, they don't have a phone number which is ridiculous. And my daughter sent 2 emails trying to get them to respond to the request to send the wig back to them. They have not responded to either email.
