    Absolutely worst. I recommend you go with a DIFFERENT interlock company.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. Very poor at communication and difficult to work with when requesting the removal of the interlock *** device from my vehicle. I was given a specific period suspended license but Lifesaver still refused to accept that the device was no longer required due to suspension. I contacted the *** who had reached out to the company to confirm that I was eligible to have the unit removed but still a refusal to confirm or investigate with the ***. I eventually contacted the auto shop directly to have the unit removed at a cost of $170. with a further $50 charged to my credit card by Lifesaver with no explanation. I was left with the sense that Lifesaver only cared about the recurring monthly fee as long as the *** unit was still installed in my vehicle that there was no immediate urgency to agree to approve the removal of the *** device whilst monthly fees were being charged and despite the *** approval to have the unit removed. Hopefully, I'll never be in this situation again but I would not recommend this company should you find yourself in this unfortunate position.

    I had an appt today 12/15@8:30am. Im on my way to this appt and received a call from a rep to reschedule at 7:49am because the technician is in the hospital. This lady tells me I can wait until the 19th, which I immediately said "Nope I cant wait because that's my lockout date" and she proceeds to give me an attitude and said "it's too early for this" and I responded back with "yes youre right it is too early for this inconvenience". She proceeds to yell at me and tell me to listen to her and tells me she can get me an appt in Modesto. I asked her what time since Im heading out there for work. She then stays silent and I asked again. She yells at me and says Im looking! I then proceeded to tell her why I didnt get more notice time since I have to drop off my kids before school hrs just to make it to this appt and it's an inconvenience. She then yells at me and tells me it's not her fault that I got a DUI and have to see a tech. This pissed me off and I said "Im the customer and Im paying to get this IID calibrated every other monthm and aive not been late or missed my payments, which in turns pays your wages!" She then yells at me and tells me yes you are the customer and we're trying to help (mumbles some crap) and disconnects the call. Im infuriated by this b**** who thinks she can throw someone's mistakes in their face and mind you if we miss our appt or are late they wont even try to help us and will make us pay an extra fee!
