We had a great experience and wanted to share for anyone looking to buy refurbished. They really went the extra mile by finding us a lift in their inventory that we could use as a loaner while they were working on our actual forklift. I wanted to leave a review because I really appreciate the effort that has gone into trying to accommodate me and my company. Refurbished Lifts told me that it would be a few weeks before they would ship my forklift, but the timeline they provided was REALLY cutting it close for us considering the growth our operation is experiencing. My contact over there decided to send out a loaner so that we could get things going over here while they continue to work on our forklift. The last thing I would want is for them to rush the refurbishment process and send something that isn't up to par, so I appreciate the problem solving. The boss is appeased!Review from Oreste S
