            Purchased a 3 D body scanner with down payment and monthly payments. Was to receive new equipment. Received all new except for the laptop. The machine was purchased for a business that sells the scans for a profit. The laptop has went out several times. The laptop is needed to run the equipment. We have asked by email, text and phones calls (when they decide to return them) for assistance on getting the equipment fixed to be able to use. They will not return the call at appropriate times, nor give us a direct number to speak with anyone or answer emails, text in a timely manner. Our machine as been down for almost a month now, we are losing sales on this and still have to pay the payment. I have text messages and email correspondents as evidence that they are not upholding their end of the contract and would like this matter looked into as soon as possible. I didn't realize I needed to have the document ready to upload. Can someone can contact me and give me additional information on how to send them at a later time when I am in the office to be able to access the information.
