    I attempted to see the pricing on a wig, and upon exiting out of the website it immediately took me to payment page, I attempted to exit because I didn't like price and wasn't going to buy.....next thing I see is a $160.99 to my ****** account. I didn't authorized any form of payment , exited the site and STILL got charged. I immediately contacted ****** to stop this UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASE!!!

    I spent $275 for this plus $200 to have it installed and it looked nothing like what they are ADVERTISING. I ended up uninstalling the wig within 2 days of installing it wasting my time and money.They have models advertising some other wigs so they know exactly what they are doing. I saved my money just to get this trash wig.I would like HALF OF MONEY BACK

    Thank you for reaching us, Upon checking your order has over the return experiod and have worned and cut the lace. According to our return policy, the wig cannot be returned if the lace is cut. Hope you can understand that. We are willing to refund our big discount $60 for you since the wig cannot be returned now.

    Order this wig from this company and upon receipt it was nothing like advised. They are very uncorporative. I wont a refund etc they are telling me to get a stylist to install. How dare them, it did not advise the wig had to be installed,

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will be returning the wig via *** before the week is out.  The wig was never worn, hence, there was no need to take a picture, They will be able to see this when it is received by them.

    I have bought 2 wigs from this company. They are posting fake photos on their website. Both times I purchased a wig from them the wig that I received looked nothing like the photos. Posted on their website. Each wig has been around 300 dollars. They promise a return policy but once u contact them about a return they give u every option to avoid taking back the product. Saying that the return process can take months so just take 50 dollars back instead. If you check out their site u can see that they are stealing photos from other wig sites and sending u whatever they have in the back.

    I purchased a wig from this company and it is of a totally unacceptable quality. I wore the wig one time and it looked horrible. It is stringy and absolutely horrible looking. I am very familiar with wigs and have worn wigs for a number of years. This, by far is the worst wig I've ever purchased. I contacted the company and they made two outrages insulting offers (1. $40.00 off next purchase, as if there would be a next purchase, and 2. A Refund of $35.00 {3.5% of purchased price}. I informed them I was not interested in either. I am ONLY interested in a refund.

    I purchased wig from Idefine wigs. Didnt like was going to return it. Never heard from them. I decided to keep later and found that the wig was full of dead lice.

    I purchased a wig for $142.69 The product sent me was the wrong one and the business is suggesting that I give it out and be refunded only $40 I asked for a full refund and havent heard from them.

    On 3/6/23 I ordered a wig from Idefine Wigs $129.99, when the wig arrived it was a totally different wig from what was pictured, I called the company to complain and ask for a refund they ask me to take three photos of what I received which I did, and it totally showed a different unit from what was pictured they made a few different offers, which was not to my liking is, and finally, I agreed she told me in to do an exchange, they then went on to tell me that I had to pay for the shipping fee to send the wrong week back and to get the new one which their policy says if the mistake is on their behalf that they pay the shipping fee I did shipped a week back, pay the fee for it to go there and $20 for the new exchange to be sent back I havent gotten a tracking number. *** reached out to them through phone to email through messenger several times and usually all I get is a ticket was generated with no explanation. Its been three couple weeks now and I at least would love to get my money back or get the unit or at least a answer , the order number is ********* I shipped the unit back on 3/10/23 and they sent confirmation that they received it.
