Haddon sold and installed a $14000 system in the summer of 2022. System stopped blowing cold air a few months ago, called and a tech came out. System does not even have a filter system installed!! Crazy. Our paper work shows that if us a system with a filter. we had a tech cone out last year to do a system check, change filter etc.. they never mentioned that there was no filter.WTH!! apparently the company has changed ownership and the new company quoted $2000 to put in filter systemugh. i am totally determined to take the past owner to small claims court over this. i dont have 2$000 to fix and the tech said the system is unusable right now until it gets fixed. cant have air con or heat. i am trying to find past owners details and get the ball rolling. fyi jazz home services is the company that has taken on all of haddon past clientsInitial Complaint

I purchased a brand-new HV** system from Haddon 7 years ago which cost me 24K. On 7/15/24 my ** unit stopped blowing cold air. I contacted Haddon because they installed the system, and I figured they would be the best ones to fix it since they were familiar with the system, and it potentially should be under warranty. I had to wait 3 weeks for a repair tech to come out. This repair tech could not figure out the issue and need to call a specialist which I had to wait another week. The specialist came out and said I needed a converter which need to be ordered from back East which had a long wait time for shipment. I waited a month and had to continually call and demand some kind of information. Which Haddon would either not know what was going on or be extremely rude to me and say I don't have the part yet, I'll call you when I do. I waited weeks and nobody calls me or gives me info when i call. The part finally comes in after I made repeated calls, and the Specialist installs it but for some reason the ** unit will not turn on. Now I need to wait longer for more parts which I was tolled are under warranty and they again are not returning my calls.Initial Complaint

This is a quote from the paperwork. Full change out furnace + A/C invoice date 3/40/2023. They have had to be out several times to diagnose loud whistling and vents that do not give air or heat. Since then had to replace A/C compressor that they installed, replacing the new coil in the attic because of leak, and now a water leak from past the coil in the ducting and its damaging our ceiling and carpet. Someone came out and said we dont have a leak however we have video of it and the leak has continued everyday since that man was here and said we didnt have a leak. We are just asking for the leak to be fixed and our ceiling to be put back to the way it was before the leak which is without the water damage and stain to the ceiling. We have an elderly man living with us and do lot want his health and safety to be at risk.Initial Complaint

On June 5th, 2024, we had an air conditioner installed by Haddon Heating and Air, which cost us significant money. We were assured that the service was all-inclusive. However, during the installation, they had to cut an enlarged access hole in the ceiling of our laundry room. As of today, July 3rd, 2024, we have been unable to reach Haddon by email or phone after several attempts. **************** takes messages and "sends them on," but we have not received any callbacks or emails. We also contacted *********** where we initially inquired, and had Haddon Heating and Air contact us on behalf of *********** They supposedly sent a message to the owner of the company. Despite this, we have had no response. When I reached out to ************ corporate office for assistance, they claimed it was a company unrelated to them and that their hands were tied, which I found strange because we would have never found or contacted Haddon Heating and Air if it weren't for *********** Additionally, the contract we signed was with *********** We believed that going through ********** would help us avoid such issues.Furthermore, the promotion we received was advertised in *********** stating that we were supposed to get a ******* BBQ with the purchase of select A/C units over 15k. The Lynx system, which we purchased, was listed in the promotion and we paid in excess of 20k Currently, we have to keep our laundry room door shut because of the large hole in the ceiling covered with cardboard. For a resolution, we would like a callback from anyone at Haddon Heating and Air or ********** to help us resolve this. This is ridiculous treatment. When we initially contacted ********** for a quote on the air conditioner, they forwarded our number to Haddon, who called us within seconds. However, now that we have an issue, we can't get anyone to talk to us or call us back.We are seeking a prompt resolution to this matter.Initial Complaint

Haddon Heating and Cooling (HHC) installed HVAC at my house.Last year we noticed that in the summer it did not cool the house down for several days and called HHC technician to visit and fix the problem as the warranty term has not expired yet. He tried to fix the problem on July 26th, 2023. We asked him if this could be the reason why the heater did not work properly during the winter period and he confirmed it was the reason. He elaborated that the refrigerant was not properly leveled upon installation and lack of it led to inefficiencies of both cooling in summer and heating in winter.I called HHC several times to confirm this and that the problem was really addressed on August 2, 2023, August 16, 2023 and August 18,2023. 1st time the receptionist looked up the technician's notes and confirmed the fix also addressed the problem with heating but wanted to check internally and get back to me. 2nd time, another receptionist said there was no capacity to call me back although 2 weeks had passed since my first call. On the 3rd time another receptionist verified again that the technician fixed both cooling and heating through looking into his notes and consulting with the operations manager. She confirmed there was a problem with refrigerant level upon installation and "had it been properly installed - it need not have been fixed for another 5 years" - (a quote).Since then I encountered another issue and new technician showed up on 11/3/23. He said that the previous repair was incorrect what caused the equipment not working properly .As such - there is no doubt the work was done inappropriately.Given incorrect installation/repair was confirmed through 4 different sources - 2 technicians, receptionist and the operating manager, there is no doubt the installation was conducted incorrectly. The inefficiencies resulted in extra PG&E charge of $3,639 what I tried to settle directly with the company but they never got back to be. Calculation is attached.Initial Complaint

I purchased a new furnace for my home on 3/22/2023 which cost $6073.50. Haddon Heating was the company who did the installation. Recently, the furnace stopped working. Haddon looked at it on May 6, 2023 and determined the board is broken that sends a signal to the pilot. They ordered the part. Haddon called and scheduled to replace the part on Tuesday, May 28, between 8 am - 12 pm. The technician never came and I did not receive a call from Haddon. So I called them and the number redirects me to the call center. The person sent a message to the technician to contact me. I never got a call back. So I contacted Haddon on Wednesday, May 29, letting them know the technician was a no show. They rescheduled another visit for Tuesday, June 4, from 8 am - 12 pm. Again, I did not get a call from the technician. I contacted Haddons call center about 4 times and all they said was that they would send a message to the technician to call me back. I never got a call and again for the second time, no one showed up to fix my furnace. I called ************** because the furnace was from them and they contracted Haddon to install the furnace. **************** at ********** just sent a message to Haddon. The furnace is still under warranty and I would like it fixed while it is under warranty. All I want is for someone at Haddon to send a technician to replace the broken part with the new part that arrived and in their possession. I am hoping the part is still in their possession since no one seems to get back to me about my scheduled visits. Thank you. *********************
