    When I got price offer from their sales employee ********************* he was asking me $83,179.00. He was asking me to put deposit for this new car, then I contacted this dealer to put deposit for $1,000 the other seals supervisor e-mailed me said he wanted change the asking price to $107,561. It is legal to change the price after they offer and asking the deposit . I want them to sale the cat to me with original price as $83,179.00.

    The issue started after I bought a new SUV in January of 2023! The steering wheel was not straight so I had Lexus of Concord check it out on my first service in May and was told that the issue was fixed but it wasnt so I had to make another appointment for another check again! Service did another alignment but it wasnt fixed when I picked up my car so I made another appointment and then the ******* checked and again they redid the alignment! The steering was still not fully straightened so I waited and made another appointment for August 21, 2023 and then the ******* went out for a test drive with the Service Director ************ and he called me telling me that the issue was visual only and that they couldnt fix the issue!! ************ instructed me to pick up the car so I did!! I wasnt happy with the answer so I took the car the same day to a tire and alignment specialist and was able to get the steering fixed within 20 minutes! The shop said that the alignment was off! I also got a loaner and tried to fill the gas back to full at 3 different gas stations and pumps but the gas was spitting out! The dealer charged me for the missing gallon and a half of gas. I was charged $14.48!

    Charged for services they didnt do.I am 100% sure of it and took pictures after the fact.$600 for oil change(and i found out no filter change!! after inspection),this includes $235 diognostic.Tried settling for partial refund for what I could prove with pics.The advisor admitted their fault and assured about refund,but no follow up calls as promised by a particular day(it's 8th day now)More context:Took my lexus SUV for a diagnostics on Apr,21st at 7:45am.Got a call in the afternoon about issue with timing cover leak.For the time being I asked to change oil and detail (interior+exterior).Came in on 4rth day in the afternoon to pick up.Just prior to that I was told over the phone by advisor that interior detailing after first pass (specifically ceiling) didnt come out as great as hoped for.I paid my bill,started picking up car,opened cargo door and it looked like no one touched it-crumbs,dog hair,etc.The advisor saw it, apologized, and offered to do a QUICK clean of the floor mat in the back of my SUV.I had to go back to work, so we agreed they would do a better job next time.I got in car, started driving and realized that everything on inside looked exactly the same as before I dropped it off.By the time I realized no one did any effort to even vacuum never mind detail interior,I was on the highway and had to go back to work for late meeting.As soon as I had a chance to inspect the interior closely, I realized that no detailing was done(the exterior was hand washed by me 2 days prior, and it didnt looked like anything else was done).Only 4 tiny removable carpets that go on floor were wet and smelled like shampoo to deceive me.Dust, crumbs, etc. throughout the car, so not even vacuuming was done. I wished I inspected the car before I left, but I had to be at work asap Filter housing was found covered with grime and oil,no smudges,so no one changed filter although they charged me for oil and filter change.I dont even know at this point if they changed my oil

    Was told not to ask for a better deal because going back for the loan too many times may result is denial of said loan. Was told by the salesperson to follow my lead when the financial manager comes over and let me do all the talking When i made the comment that the asking price was way too high I was told not to ask for a lower price because thats really only saving a couple bucksI originally contacted the salesperson to look at a 12k ****** Prius and when I arrived the next day I was told my credit was too low and no bank would approve me for that car. They didnt even attempt to let me drive another used prius I had asked about.Which I know realized was a complete lie to push me into a way overpriced used car. So now here i am being pressured to buy this used car for way over the msrp under the claims made by the salesperson that i wouldnt be able to get anything else with my credit. ***** and the finance manager have quite the scam going here at lexus if concord and should be held accountable for lying to inexperienced car buyers. Im saddened by this place and how theyre able to take advantage of people by telling straight lies. They locked me into a $587 monthly payment for a 2019 used ****** Camry by telling me that I wouldnt be able to get the prius I came for and didnt even bother to let me look at the other prius i wanted. I was pressured into signing for something they KNEW was wrong. This is not how business should be handled and I cant believe I even have to make this complaint. Im sick to my stomach thinking of all the honest hard working people they have ripped off

    On Dec 31, 2021 I bought a Lexus NX-300h car I had in leasing . The financial manager ******************* recommended to buy an extended warranty for $2960. This was provided by **************** as a vehicle service contract , I initially agreed. On Jan 5, 2022 , I changed my mind and went to the dealer to do a cancellation of this vehicle service contract. ************ was not available, but another manager received my request. It was done by writing. I was told, itd take 4-6 weeks , and the moneyd be reimbursed directly to the financial institution I had the car loan for this car, Sea West Coast Guard Federal credit union. In view of the fact that the reimbursement was not done, I contacted *********** again, this time by phone on Feb 9. He mentioned that the form I was provided in Jan 5 was the incorrect one. He emailed me the one he states was needed. I filled out and emailed it back on Feb 11, 2022. He again mentioned this process would ***********-8 weeks.On April 13, I emailed ***********. He replied on April 14 hed contact his business office to see why the cancellation of this contract was taking so long .I emailed him back on May 10.Up today he has not answered.The reimbursed has not be done.I request this vehicle service contract cancellation be processed as soon as possible , and the complete money paid plus any interest caused in my loan be reimbursed to Sea West coast Federal credit union.I will summit a similar complaint against. ****************
