    This letter outlines the deficiencies we have experienced with Aramark, and why we should be released from the contract and receive a refund: Our Sales Rep told us that the contract was standard and that if the service didn't work for us, we could terminate it at any time. Aramark took 6 weeks to get us onboarded, the rep claimed that Aramark needed the time to order new black towels for us and to add us to the rotation; We specifically requested, and were promised, black towels; The towels we were receiving once the service started were poor quality, and not black. I reached out to our service rep about this on 9/27/23, to which I never received a reply. The delivery person explained to my business partner that Aramark is experiencing a shortage of black towels, and cannot guarantee the color of towels delivered. In addition, the quality of the towels we were receiving was inconsistent and often so threadbare you can see through them, have rips, tears, and holes, and are pre-stained. As a result of all of this, on Dec. 1, 2023, I reached out to Aramark customer service via email to give our notice and never received an official reply. Only after probing, was I given the number for the regional manager for help to terminate our contract, who then told me he has no authority to end our contract. We made numerous requests via email and text: (12/1/2023, 12/7/2023, 12/19/2023, 12/21/2023 and 12/27/2023) to cancel service and be released from our contract as of January 1, **** which is 30 days after my initial request for termination.

    I've had an extremely disappointing experience with both the area and service managers. Despite starting my service last year, I haven't received what was clearly outlined in my contract, especially the customized items like mats. Additionally, there have been multiple billing errors, including overcharges and double charges, which required numerous calls to rectify. ***********, the area leader, promised to refund half of the credits, but this was never processed.When attempting to reach out to the service manager, ***************************, his attitude was unhelpful. He stated that after a year, they couldn't provide the custom items as it wouldn't be profitable for them, which raises questions about the purpose of a 3-year contract if they can change the rules at will. Despite my attempts to contact the area manager, I received no response. In fact, he stopped replying to my messages after several attempts.Aramark was supposed to specialize in custom services, but I've waited over a year with no sign of my order, and they seem to charge whatever they like. The items they did deliver were in poor condition. I urge *****************, the **** to investigate the quality of service, as I'm utterly frustrated at this point. If Aramark cannot fulfill their service commitments, it's deeply concerning. My mats are not being changed weekly as agreed upon, despite being charged for this service.Ac Number - *********
