Extremely poor front desk personnel. Cancel appointments without calling to reschedule. Then have NO appointments available when I actually call to reschedule because they cancelled. Extremely unprofessional!

Back in September of 2021, I went to the dentist to have a crown put in. They made numerous mistakes and then took out the tooth next to it which I did NOT authorize so I wound up having to pay for their mistake because I didn’t want to get anyone in trouble. My insurance covered the expense of the first crown. I was told by Dental Associates that in January I would be eligible to get another crown done. I asked the girl several times “Are you sure I am covered?” And she said yes. I was going to pay for one crown and of course the insurance company would pay for the other like they did in September. However, my insurance company stopped paying for crowns in 2022. When I showed up that day to get the work done, they made me sign an electronic block. I could not see what I was signing. The girl behind the counter told me that I was authorizing them to do the two crowns and that it would be $1,800. Believing her, I said “Okay”. After they put in two temporary crowns, I was then expected to pay $1,800. When I told them what about the insurance paying for one of the crowns, the manager showed up and gave me a lot of double talk and then told me she would not do business with me anymore. She picked up the telephone and cancelled the two permanent crowns. Last month the manager called me on the phone and asked me if I “Cooled off.” And if I did she would put the two crowns in. At this point I told her no and to never call me again. Then she sent me a bill for $1,514 for the two crowns that she NEVER put in. I told her I would not pay this invoice and that if it went to collection I would sue her. I then asked her for the corporate offices phone number. They refused to do it and texted me an email address to file my complaint. I complained twice to date and never heard back from anyone.
