this company is ****** they told me they will order the parts on sept 2023 and took deposit ****** for my whirlpool washer waited for 2 month never got the parts never got my refund never return my call do not use this company all lie they tell youReview from Jo S

Maytag uses this company for appliance repair. We purchased a brand new Maytag washer and dryer combo. Theres an issue with the dryer so Maytag sends this company over. Basically none of the functions on the dryer works except the Timed Dry option. The technician said it was due to a sensor and it needs to be ordered. They never called back. We had to call several times for them to show up almost 3 months later. The same technician was just here, 12/26/2023. The reason for the review is because he claimed the issue was a software issue and he just updated the software. He used the Quick Dry option to show that it has been fixed. Immediately upon him leaving, my husband used the dryer but instead chose Regular. That doesnt work. He didnt do anything. I called Maytag and were basically stuck with them because they are the only ones around. If I could give them zero stars I would. This company is unreliable, shady and cannot be trusted. Were still waiting for the same issue we reported 4 months ago to be fixed.Run!Review from John S

Frauds! Stay Away! Requested a service call on Whirlpool official app and they came out charged me for the service call which was over $150+ and said I need a new motor which they ordered and said it would be here in a week. After this they never responded and I had to keep calling which someone after a week answered and stated they got a refurbished part and they sent it back waiting for a new part. Its now been 4 months and they took off with my money forcing me to buy a new washer/dryer while not getting a refund for this useless service call they did. I sent a complaint to whirlpool as well and they didnt do anything Or respond. Avoid this repair company literally go with anyone else and avoid whirlpool products as they dont care about their customers after they make the sale. Also note: When I finally got ahold of them after 100 attempts via phone call (they wont respond to email) they gave the parts are delayed excuse but now its been months and not even a simple call to tel me that Im a sucker for trusting them and whirlpool
