    I can't get a human to talk to and none of there links they send me work, I am trying to unfreeze my credit score with them and getting nowhere

    Trying to sell our car and AutoCheck has incorrect information and will not correct without us providing them our them too much of our information. They will not investigate, just report whatever is sent to them.

    Terrible website that tries to steer users towards a paid membership account.I did not sign up for a paid membership. However I noticed that i incurred a charge from experian which alerted me to experian's deceptive login process attempting to steer users towards a membership fee account. Their website's fails accessibility requirements by creating text sizes in too small of a font among other factors. This entity should be penalized and forced to comply with accessiblity requirements in addition to punitive action for their past deceptive practices.

    Experian has online or by mail complaint. It rejected my online dispute for wrong names on my report with no explanation why. After circling the drain on automated replies that go nowhere when you tell them what the problem is on 8 different phone numbers, I gave up there is no customer service representatives and no customer complaint area to explain the website technical problems. A company must think pretty highly of themselves if they don't have customer service for technical problems. No contact options. If I have a problem with identity thelf because they are not allowing me to fix the problems on my report, they will be on the lawsuit list. Zero stars should be an option.

    **************** does not exist. Couple of phone numbers I was able to find go in circles and repeat the same message. The website does not allow me to fix the problem, namely, to change the password as it does not recognize my phone number.

    Hi i also have a problem with Experian Auto Check my auto check report stated a severe structural Damage stated on my report which Experian said it can't be removed i have taken the auto to a dealer they put it on the rack and after an inspection the tech said there is no damage and has never been. I sent this to the company, and they said they still can't remove it they said it had damage to center rails so i took it back to the tech and he laughed and said nothing has been damaged. So, i filed a claim with 3 government agencies. Having any statement like that on a auto check severely reduced the value of my auto. so, i sent all my paperwork plus proof from the auto tech. If you are a customer and wants to research the ********************** company, they have already been sued by the Government on one of their branches if you have a problem with your auto check i wouldn't put up with it contact your. government agencies and let them handle it

    No customer service agents. I was worried about my credit and needed to talk to a live person, all I revived was a robot telling me they only transfer me in limited situations. I would think fraud is a limited situation but not to them. The robot is not even helpful. You go in circles and are hung up on if you keep trying to request a person. This should be illegal because of how important credit is to your daily life. There is not even a customer service number listed on their website. If I could rate 0 stars it would be negative 100. I have never had to jump though so many hoops to access my credit and still get nowhere. This business should be investigated to make sure everything is up to standards. To me if a valued customer cannot even access a live representative in extreme situations that should be illegal.

    I purchased a vehicle back in October of 2018. I received an auto check report from the dealer which indicated no accidents or damage. I still have the original report in hand for evidence. Now Im 2024, I am looking to sell my vehicle, and the dealership ran a auto check report, the report now shows damage/accident reported. This is not ok! The so called damaged was said to have occurred 4 months before my purchase of the car. This is not acceptable, because of this I was estimated at 4-5 grand lower then what I should have gotten. It doesnt matter the size of the database a 4 month delay in turnover of data is ridiculous and has costed me 4-5 thousand dollars. I hope that auto check can have my back and try to make things right.

    I purchased a five report package and the report dont go into great detail like Carfax does and after my time was up, I can no longer review. These reports I log on it will not show me the report I see which ones I did because the Vin numbers are there, however theres no way for me to compare the five reports thats why I Purchased a five pack to compare five different cars. If you call the customer service phone number it says that the hours of business are between eight and 430 and I called At 8:45 and they said they were closed so customer service is not existent. I would never use the service again.

    These people have in a report that my car has over ****** miles more that it actually has. They are asking me to do several task to correct an issue that shouldn't have happened in the first place. I still do not understand why these companies exist, collecting and reporting inaccurate data. I am not able to sell my car for the price id actually worth because the report is inaccurate. Silly business!
