I tried to cancel a order and instead I got an unhelpful response that didn't really state that i couldn't cancel but that the item should ship soon which didnt answer my question of wanting to cancel, nothing on the website said all says final so I should have been able to cancel prior to shipping . The item has still not shipped (4 days later) and the order has not been canceled . I would like the order canceled like I asked. I have not been able to get a follow up response from them .Initial Complaint

I placed an order for Ice Nine Kills merchandise (the Inked In Blood 2 Graphic Novel) on 01/23/2023. It was supposed to ship in September 2023. The person I bought it for never received their merchandise, and the order was never shipped out. I have emailed numerous times with no response. I have called, but the number is disconnected. I want a refund or the product shipped immediately. For reference, the order was placed under a different last name. I ordered items from an Ice Nine Kills website for discounted mystery merch fulfilled by Absolute Merch on 1/9/2023. I received a confirmation/order # promptly regarding the order. I received information from Ice Nine Kills that Absolute Merch messed up some of the orders and they were working on returns/exchanges before sending out more items for the mystery merch sale. I have sent a total of ************************************** submitting an inquiry from their website. I have yet to receive any sort of response back. I have a friend who has received a shipping update for his and we live in the same city, so Im just trying to get a status update on my order. This company doesnt provide any sort of customer service and will never respond.Initial Complaint

I purchased a deluxe edition of a band's graphic hardcover novel. With it, I was supposed to receive a vinyl record & artwork pieces. The order was placed ~10/30/20. I didn't receive the novel until nearly a year later due to issues in production re: the pandemic. I was informed the *************** would ship separately due to delays in production/delivery by AbsoluteMerch on 10/14/21. I have yet to receive these other items as of today. I've sent this company MULTIPLE ***************** via social media. Most recently, May 20th, I received a human response for more info (ie email associated with the purchase) to "look into this matter further". After I replied on May 21st, I only received their auto response, stating they'd get back in "1-2 business days excluding holidays & weekends, Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4pm". I never heard back from them re: what they found out on what they were "looking into". I replied to the same email again on May 28th with more content, thinking it might've been filtered into spam, but received the same auto response. I've made frequent attempts to contact AbsoluteMerch re: where the *************** I already purchased over 18 months ago are.. I'm no longer receiving any sort of response from their customer service whatsoever; I only receive automated replies. Every email address associated with the company I've attempted to contact are as follows: ********************** ******************************** **************************************** My last attempt to contact them via email was on June 26th; again, received the same auto response. My order, minus *********** inflated shipping fee, totalled $100. The book itself, according to the website, is $40. I'm owed ~$60 worth of merchandise. I understand the pandemic was once an issue for response time & why certain merchandise would be significantly delayed in its production, ********************** but this is no longer the case. At this point, there's no excuse for this poor of customer service.Initial Complaint

I purchased a VIP upgrade on March 8th but never received email confirmation. I emailed ****************************** on May 16th, and again on the 17th. I reached out via ******** and Instagram. I emailed ****************************************** on May 18th. The concert is May 19th and I have not received a single response. I spent $90 and my money will most likely go to waste because they don't offer refunds and will not respond to my inquiries.Initial Complaint

I purchased a shirt from absolute merch on 3/2 for $33.40 and this included $8.40 for shipping. This shirt didnt ship until 3/18. There were issues with tracking not working and I tried contacting them 3 times over the next 2 weeks but never heard back. My item finally started tracking earlier this week and was delivered yesterday. But when I went to the post office I found I had to pay $9.75 for their shipping mistake. I just want my money back for all of the shipping. This was an absolute nightmare and Ill make sure I check in the future to see if an artist is using them because I wont be purchasing.Initial Complaint

Absolute Merch has been a mess of a company for the past two years at least. I waited over a year for one order to be told that my items were out of stock and only was offered store credit or an exchange. The shipping always takes months on end for any release and tends to be different for different people. The most recent order has put me over the edge. There was a mystery sale back in December where customers were promised mystery items from previously released designs. I placed two orders the day the sale went live. People started receiving their orders at the end of December and were receiving cool items. Then those of us waiting were emailed and told they oversold the sale and would be printing more Merch. So we waited until the end of January/beginnng of February and people finally started getting their orders. To our surprise instead of getting items that were previously released like the others, we all got the same exact generic and mass printed design on poor quality garments. Literally every single person received the same thing. When contacting the company they respond with a generic too bad so sad type response and claim the design had been previously printed. They attached a photo to one email backing that up, but the design we received was not the same as that and instead was just a design element. Some people have been offered a replacement item from in stock items but the rest of us are being told no. I paid $42 for a long sleeve tee after shipping and over $50 for a hoodie. This way this was handled due to the companies mistake is not acceptable and the way theyve treated customers in the past is wrong as well. They need to be held accountable for their mismanaged company. Im attaching pictures of what I received along with what others received as well as a screen shot of the response I received and an example of what others received.
