    I ordered at complete set of pure to quite smoking. The set is 80$ plus shipping. My order stated it was delivered on 8/25/24 but I was home and no delivered items. I reached out to the company and got a generated response, they would reach out in 2 days. Since I have sent 7 contact requests receiving the same generated reply. I have yet to have someone reach out in regards to my order. It is now 9/14/24. I appreciate any help in the matter.

    Purchased on September 3rd 2024. Purchased complete set 6pk diffuser for ***** was charged additional 2.99 priority shipping. Shipping never was changed from standard have emails for proof from shipping. This product states it helps with ******** it does nothing it's just flavored diffusers that offers absolutely nothing. The contact support proves this company is scam no response ever! Not even about the shipping mistake. I want a refund on this product. Social media should know about this company and it's no contact with any of their customers.

    I ordered a product from them on August 21, 2024. Their website claims that they ship within 2 to 5 days. I never received a tracking number, but I have proof on my credit card statement that I paid for their product. I have reached out to Customer email several times with no response and the last email I sent was that I was going to report them. Its not a lot of money, but its still the principle of the thing. I would Like my money back or receive the product. Preferably at this point, I would rather just have my money back.

    I have constantly seen false information and false advertisement from this pure diffuser company, They have also lied About other companies products "Vapes" And they show lungs of a smoker from cigarettes and tar and tobacco And claim that it is from vape which it is not. Scientifically proven. Pure puff Diffuser's have the exact same ingredients inside them as vape, PG and VG, They just switch ******** to melatonin and other stuff but still keep the liquid. They have Sexual activities on their ads, Literally squirting white s**** all over vapes and other products. Which is very disgusting and it's marked so children can see it. This company puts out fake coupons and fake promotions. And then charge you a different amount then what it is supposed to be. It is full of sexual activities, Fraudulent scams, Dark tactics, In literally blatantly violate laws in multiple ******. They have removed their phone number, Also their address is incorrect, It goes to a automotive repair service place. So these people don't have any phone number or address and just selling these random products that can be containing poison at any other stuff because they have no quality control. This is not safe.

    The AD on instagram said I can get 15% cashback, which is the major reason why I even clicked on it in the first place, but when I made the purchase, there was no 15% cashback. I've sent inquiry/complaint emails a few times but no response so far. The first complain was sent about 4 days ago.I want full refund.

    Purchased May 4,2024. Was excited to receive complete starter set at $80 plus tax. Received package May 12, 2024. Immediately knew there was something wrong when I saw the thin seemingly empty bubble mailer in my mail box. When I opened the package it contained a super thin useless piece of plastic nothing else! The company tried to blame a post office mix up which was a clear lie! After emails back and forth they finally said they would issue a refund but it would be 10 days. So hopefully I will be refunded but must wait and see. This company is clearly a SCAM as that is the only explanation for sending literally nothing and taking $85 of my money!

    I didn't realize how many I was purchasing; I just assumed that it was an expensive product. When I realized I had purchased 23 diffusers and spent $330 on them, I immediately looked for a customer service contact page to ask for an adjustment of my order to just one diffuser instead, so I could see if I enjoyed the product before buying more. I didn't hear back, but I figured I could just return the majority of them once someone got back to me. Since the day I purchased them, I've been emailing them to return them. When I finally got an email back asking for photos, it than took from March 5th to the 19th before I heard back. Their replies take extremely long, and I am deeply worried I'm being taken advantage of. Every time I list out my complaints, 90% of my concerns aren't addressed. I paid for priority shipping last week and the tracking number shows that it was received on the 22nd. Here is the list of concerns from my last email to them. "Over 300$ is a lot of money to me, and I made a mistake and wasn't aware of how many diffusers I was purchasing. I just assumed it was an expensive product. #1 After purchasing, I immediately dealt with regret and documented the email I sent out only minutes after my purchase, hoping to adjust my order before it was shipped. #2 I received the lavender ***** instead of the caffeine diffusers.#3 When I received them I disliked the taste of them very much, on top of that, they did not work as advertised. I wanted this to be a simple return process, but it has turned into weeks of poor communication on your behalf. There has also been no effort of courtesy to fix the problem, such as free return shipping/return label like the majority of well-run companies do. "Since I have opened 2 of them, I am not expecting them to be refunded, but I have sent back 21 out of 23 diffused unopened. I am worried I will not get my refund and I need help.

    Date of Purchase: 02/04/2024 Amount of Purchase: ***** The above transaction was completed with the Pure Diffuser Co. for 3 of their items. The advertisement for the items i that they offer a 30-day guarantee for use. After one week, one of the diffusers had become nonoperational. I sent an email request (02/16/24) to the company, and I received an automated email response that I would be contacted within three business days. After another week, a second item faced the same malfunction, and another email was sent on 02/21/2024. To which I received the same automated response. I have placed several calls as well, all of them being "forwarded" to voicemail. Now that I am less than 30 days from the purchase date and have had no response from the company for a resolution to the issue of the longevity of the items as advertised.

    The company Pure sold a vape to my ten year old son. This particular product, "Glowberry, a vape for gamers," seems to be targeted directly at children and teens. More precautions should be put in place to avoid selling to minors.
