Realpage is nothing but a bunch of thief. $190 for trash pick up. When contact the office they told me it's what I owed. The next month they realized they been over charging me as the amount to be paid was zero. They partner with the property owner to rob all they can get. Imagine paying $87 for trash for a two bedroom. I paid my bill on the 15 of every month, the 18 I log into my account and saw a balance of $87, the next day I logged in to pay and it jump from $87 to $196. These company need to be locked down. Please run if your rental agent use realpage.

I'm not sure if they know what they're doing. Because I don't I know what they're doing. I used to live in an apartment complex, H2 Flats in ***********, ** where they used RealPage Utility Management to handle their ******** for gas, sewer, trash and water. I moved out of the apartment in April but due to the apartment's notice for ending lease, I was on paper in the apartment until end of May. Today, 5/25/24 I got a bill stating that I owe money for usage from April2024, mind you I've moved out already, so I'm a little confused how they calculated that fee? Did my ghost go there and used their water and gas? for the longest time, I never understood how/where was the gas even used to be charged to us (tenants)? We have nothing there that uses gas. Most of all, I wasn't even there. Well, when I moved out, I was expecting my deposit back and my deposit check from the H2 was $62.28 short. Which is what this bill was. Thermostat was regulated by the complex. We didn't have individual water meters in our units, so we can't check the meters against their statements. Trash and sewer, well it's trash and sewer but how was I being charged for it if they didn't live there? Sometimes I think that H2 and RUM *** is ripping us off. STAY AWAY FROM THESE TWO ORGIANIZATION. You'll lose money for sure and brain cells dealing with them. On their website, it has the button to click to contact customer ********************** but they've disabled it for a long time. I can't contact their customer ********************** nor, get a hold of a person to discuss this issue.

What crooks. I got a bill for 9 days. They charge a $5 admin charge, a one time activation charge $12, and then the worst part, if you want to avoid ANOTHER $5 fee for online conscience you have to setup auto pay, but they wont take it right away, so you have to pay the extra fee even though you activated your account with auto pay. So my $11 utility bill comes with a $22 fee and a pending $8 fee if you miss their bubble to pay your first bill to a super sketchy website. Whatever theyre trash and companies like this should be illegal.

SO MANY issues with Realpage. I've been a resident at my current complex for two months, and while I only need to pay utilities through Realpage, they have made it exceedingly frustrating and difficult to do so.Fees/payments: Paying your bill online results in a $5 "convenience fee". To avoid this fee, you can mail a check or set up autopay with bank account info. Paying via mailed check requires you purchase checks from your bank AND stamps from the post office. Paying via autopay with your bank account requires a whole process in which you enter your account info, then need to monitor your bank account for several days while waiting for a "test" transaction of a random amount around $1 to go through. Then you need to remember that number, log back in to the Realpage website, and type that number in on the payment/bank account info page in order to set up autopay. THEN you have to wait for them to confirm/process the details in the system which they will tell you can take several billing cycles. So even though you go through all of the additional effort to set up autopay to avoid fees, they STILL get extra money from you by charging you fees to pay other ways until they have decided your bank account info is acceptable.Website interface/customer **********************: it is difficult to find the correct web page to sign in. It seems like Realpage and some other company had some sort of merger in the last few years because there are several sites with login options that come up when you do a web search for resident login. The websites provide out of date contact information. The ONLY phone number I've gotten to work is the one listed on my paper bill. Finally, the CORRECT website is full of issues that make logging in a huge pain. Even with my correct login info, I frequently can't even log in/access the website due to errors (the most recent of which was "Exception of type 'System.ApplicationException' was thrown.") This happens both on the mobile and desktop versions.

Horrible company, make it very inconvient to set up auto payment, once I finally was able to set it up they don't check to make sure the payment is set up with a test amount like other companies do, so when your bill is due and they don't collect it properly from your bank, they charge you a $25 returned payment fee. Their customer ********************** are unable to help with any billing issues. Also when you send a check which is the only option that doesn't incur a fee, they claim they didn't receive the check in time and charge a $9 late fee, even though the check was sent 12 days before due.I finally gave up and paid with credit card which charges a $5 online fee, total rip off!I have never dealt with such a shady company!

This is a big rip off. If you are looking for a place to stay and they use this company do not rent from them. The send your bill in the mail and in order to not be charged a convience online fee of $5 you have to mail it back in. When you mail it back in it becomes late because everyone knows that mail is slow so they charge you $15 late fee. Plus when you pay online it you do not look at your bill they add the convinece fee onto your bill again. So basically they are charging you twice for the same service. This place need to be shut down immediately. Customer ********************** is horrible. If you fall behind they do not have a payment plan that you can do to get back on track. There has been and still is so many complaints about this company but they are still in business. They should be investigated and prosecuted for their faulty business practices.
