DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible service. The doctor is a good doctor. BUT the assistants? These ladies are not professional at all. Imagine going to get a prescription but getting served like your dealing with teenagers from ***********. My girlfriend has been waiting for her prescription for WEEKS! When she called to inquire about her prescription she was told "maybe your contacts are in the box we haven't opened yet." My girlfriend asked "can you check if my contacts are in there?" The woman said "yea I will check and call you right back" There was never a call back. When my girlfriend called back she was told "your prescription is strong that's why it is taking so long but we have one of your contacts." How does that make sense? Then she had the nerve to ask "have you paid yet?" Obviously is she looked at the records she would see there was a charge for over $700! And rather than display empathy and professionalism her concern was the payment? It is worth it to go somehow else. Even if you have to pay more. It is worth not to need to deal with imbeciles. I guess this is one of those jobs that don't require a degree. Maybe an ROP program or some one day course. Go to a real optometrist this place is a joke.
