On 12/4/23 I called to make an appointment for my cat. I had only seen this vet one time prior to this. I was then advised that a fee of $45 was added to my account and that I was going to have to pay that on top of the fee just to be seen. I asked why this was on my account and they said that I made an appointment and did a no call no show. I never made an appointment after my first visit with them and I asked them to give me the date that this alleged appointment was missed. They of course, couldnt come up with the date, they couldnt give me any information they just said that the system has added the fee, and if the system has the fee in there than that means, I absolutely did a no call no show. This is absolutely outrageous. Not only that but when I called to have my records emailed to me they did not do that. From other people in the community it looks like they have been falsely charging people this $45 fee.The vet is also extremely condescending and narcissistic and very horrific to anyone who even remotely stands up for themselves against his practice.Additionally, he overcharges for the services that he allegedly does, and does not even allow pet owners to be with their pets while allegedly receiving services from him. He also advised me that my cat had to have a tooth pulled when I first saw him when in fact, I had an exam done for my cat, not too long ago prior to seeing this vet and they never mentioned an abscess or any dental work needed. Hes a fraud. This needs to be brought to the attention of everyone for the safety of our animals.

    To whom it may concern,

******************* presented her 6 year old Russian Blue, male, neutered cat on 10/25/23 for a swollen lip.

On exam, Bane had an inflamed chin resulting from periodontal disease. ******************* recommended a dental for Bane but the owner declined due to financial reasons. She elected for a long acting antibiotic which was given to Bane.

The owner made a recheck appointment for 11/8/23  which she did not show nor did she call. There is a $45 fee for no show no call appointments. We mailed her records to her address on 11/8/23.

This could have been solved quite easily if ***************** aka ******************* was not as defensive and name calling to the receptionist or condensing towards the doctor. Our policy is to mail records to the address on file which we did.  We are not willing to  see her or her animals again.Name calling and hostility won't be tolerated by our establishment.

I would ask ******************* why would she call Crescent Animal Medical Center back to have her cat seen again if her allegations towards the doctor were true?

We wish her and Bane the best!!!

    Sincerely,

    R *******, Hospital Director

I am rejecting this response because:

All my calls are recorded through my phone, so not once did I ever call the receptionist any names of the doctors any names. I never was condescending, I never said anything of what you anr accusing me of. I would be very careful because I have No problem taking the legal route if you are going to use my name, and spread lies that didnt happen when I have the recording of the phone call.

The one phone call that I made the day that you guys tried to accuse me of missing an appointment in which you guys never once (which I do have on recording) were able to tell me what date this alleged appointment was for. I will come to your office and have a conversation with you if you need to see me in person and get your facts straight.

Dont ever tell me that I called anybody out of their name or was ever disrespectful because I have the recording and if you would like to hear it, you just let me know.  You are belligerent and nasty to anybody that goes against you and the ****** reviews prove that as well, and there are a lots of other people who have the same complaint as I do. The only person who is condescending and narcissistic is you. I feel so sad for the animals that come through your clinic looking for help and then they are met with your disgusting lying self. You should be ashamed of yourself and you should have your license as a vet removed and I will do anything in my power to prevent other people going through what I have had to go through with your office and the fact that you guys lied to me and on top of that youre using my name and saying that I did stuff that I didnt do when I have a recording that will put you to shame for lying.

Lastly, I would never in my right mind bring my animals to your clinic again. You lied about my cat having a disease in his mouth that caused his chin to swell. You couldnt even keep your diagnosis straight when you were speaking to me the day that I was there.  I also declined you removing a tooth from my cats mouth because you were trying to charge me over $400 for an unnecessary procedure when I know that his teeth were not the cause of the swollen lip.  I have plenty of vet records to prove it. You tried to con me and you got caught and Im so glad that all of this is going to be on your record and that people will be aware that you have been reported for your fraudulent ways.

    Sincerely,

    *****************
