            CUSTMERS BEWARE OF THIS SCAM CAR WASH!! On 09/12/2023 I took my newly purchased ******** to get washed at Playa Vista car wash. There was no interior damage in my car when I took it there for a wash. When my vehicle was returned, my rear passenger ashtray was broken and my leather front seat was CLEARLY DELIBERATELY SLASHED!! With my previous car, i noticed they did they same thing, but I thought that maybe it was either an accident or that the damage was something I didn't notice before taking it to this carwash. The scam is that once they damage your car, they deny any wrongdoing on their part, and they then recommend a repair facility of a owner that they personally know. Imagine how many kickbacks they get from each car that they damage and then "refer" to repair shops they are in the scam with!!!

            On Wednesday, February 8, 2022, I visited the Playa Vista Car Wash to purchase a car wash service for my 2012 Porsche Cayenne Turbo. I was charged $27.95 for the car wash which I selected. Upon my car wash being completed, I noticed that Playa Vista Car Wash damaged my car by removing a button on the drivers side front door handle used to lock and unlock the vehicle. When I took my vehicle to the Porsche dealership of Downtown ***********, they informed me that to replace this part would cost me approximately $180-$200.I immediately complained to the manager on site at Playa Vista Car Wash, who took no action and actually attempted to dismiss my complaint by not accepting fault. He told me to leave my name and contact information for the general manager, which I did, and he informed me that the general manager would be contacting me within the next few days.Two days later, I still had not heard from the general manager. I went back to Playa Vista Car Wash to obtain a resolution to the damage done to my vehicle and was again ignored and told to leave my information for the general manager. I left my information again.The following week, I went back to Playa Vista Car Wash twice (once on 02/15 and once on 02/17) because I still had not heard from the general manager. I received similar treatment both times; the manager on site refused to see me or consult with me regarding my problem. I again left my information for the general manager to contact me.To date, no one from Playa Vista Car Wash has contacted me regarding the damage they caused to my vehicle. Meanwhile, every time I have tried to call the number listed on Playa Vista Car Washs website and ****** page, I am met with a recorded message that says that this number is disconnected or no longer in service. This business has received numerous reviews on Yelp and ****** where customers complain that Playa Vista Car Wash caused damage to their vehicles and then refused to accept responsibility.
