  I asked my old dentist, ***************************************************, to provide me my medical records as I moved recently and need a new dentist. I was asked to pay a fee to get my own medical records. I declined because that is a ridiculous request.This dentist nickeled and dimed me at every opportunity and suggested treatments that were deemed unnececssary by a second opinion.

  To Whom It *** ******************************* received a BBB. Our office has a policy release fee of dental records for all our patients that request records. This fee is allowed by the *** and CDA. Along with every DR. is different and every Dr will diagnose differently, ************** was diagnosed with what our Dr recommended. ****** was not forced to render work.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  The response takes zero responsibility for making clear and obvious mistakes in my dental care. An apology would have gone a long way.

  The dentist recommended that I spend hundreds of dollars on a fitting that fell out a week after. There was no hope of that fitting staying in my mouth due to my jaw position, but the dentist went ahead with the procedure anyway.

  Furthermore, the night guard I received from this dentist caused my teeth to shift even more because it was improperly fitted. 
  

  Its so sad to me that the dentist wont take responsibility. I hope this claim stays on BBB, so that future potential customers can be fairly warned. Do not trust ****************** with your teeth!

  Our office has received a letter from the Better Business Bureau in response to a previous complaint. ******************** in his new appeal ******************** has indicated some concerns. ******************** mentioned his a fitting came out a week after it was rendered(services were rendered on 02/15/2023) but when ******************** was seen at our office shortly after on 03/23/2023 for a delivery of a night guard this information was never provided nor delegated to the office as well as this is a front tooth therefore this would have been noticed on the visit of 03/23/2023. Our office would have been re-done at NO COST. All of our office calls are recorded and saved, therefore our office went back to any calls that could have came in from ******************** to see if ******************** took the initiative to delegate this information, it was found that there were no such calls in regards to this information. This is the first time our office hears about ******************** concerns about treatment rendered. Please feel free to further contact our office for further questions or concerns.
