    Despite having never heard of this company or it's website, and never having visited it, an account was fraudulently created in my name, using my email address, and some type of credit card. I became aware of it when I received an email stating/claiming that I had opened an account. I immediately contacted customer support to report the issue and explicitly requested that this account be shut down, that I stop receiving their emails, and asked if I could get information on the credit card that supposedly had my name (since I did not recognize the last four digits provided in the confirmation email). I followed up multiple times. Despite that it has been weeks and I still receive emails nearly every day, the account hasn't been shut down, and no action has been taken.

    Hi,On April 20 I requested a refund of US $107 from The wing girl method for the online course.     I first purchased two downloadable programs from Wing Girl on January 12, 2024. On the website, it says there is a 60-day money-back guarantee. I never ended up downloading the program or using it at all, so on January 29, I sent an email to ************************************************ I got a reply on February 1 offering to let me trade to another program. On February 3, I responded that I didn't want a trade, just the refund. After not getting a response, I sent another email on that thread on February 15. On Feb. 16, I got a response asking if I wanted a refund for all the programs I purchased. I confirmed that same day that I did. On March 2, I sent a follow up email as I hadn't heard anything back. On March 12, I texted and called the number from their website. I got a text back asking for my email address, so I sent another email with the information and refund request on March 15. I also opened two tickets on the support portal with the same information. After no response, I texted and called again on April 5. On April 8, I got a text back asking for details. I provided all that information by April 10 and was told via text on April 12 that it was now outside the 60-day return policy. I asked for a phone number of someone I could talk to on April and was told someone would contact me. It's now April 28 and I still haven't heard from anyone. I just want to get my original money back, and am hoping this process will help with that. Let me know if any more information is needed. Thank you.
