    So my washer is broken early Jan, and they sent a technician to assess the problem. And the technician said that it was latch and control board problem. So they ordered the parts and we waited for 2 weeks to get the parts. And then the technician came, replaced the parts, and left. I was busy in a meeting and didn't check. It turned out the washer was still broken. And I called the technician immediately and he said that I need to make another appointment, and I made another appointment, and then they have to schedule for 1 week later. Btw, they canceled the appointments on me twice while we were waiting the washer to be fixed. So we are still waiting, now my washer has been broken for almost a month. Very unprofessional, incapable of performing the services. It is a shame that whirlpool picked them as business partner.

    This place is a scam. They only wanted my $149 for assessing the problem. Once repairman saw my built in microwave he said we will need a dolly to hold the microwave while we repair on a return visit and that will be over $500. Why would I pay more than the microwave is worth to fix the start button?? Terrible company from appointment making to communication to assessment.

    We do have a $149 non-refundable service fee for the technician's trip, diagnosis and estimate. Our labor diagnoses are based on the job required of our technicians.  As a preferred service provider for ********* and Whirlpool family brands, our labor rates are based off industry standards. Our certified technicians are trained professionals who undergo yearly training and have our entire organizations support on the field.  We do understand that there are instances where a customer may not find it cost effective to repair an appliance and choose to purchase a new one instead.     1st issue was I NEVER received an email or call in regard to getting scheduled for the tech to come out. One day, about a week after I filed a claim with Asurion, a tech shows up ringing my doorbell unannounced. Spent 2 min there said he'll order the part and be back to repair it in a few days. A week later, ****** calls to schedule and was SO RUDE, talking over me and talking to me like I was lying to her about not receiving an email. I advised her that I wanted to speak to a manager so she gave me ********* number. When I asked for a last name, she REFUSED to provide me with that and refused again to give me the first initial at least. "Stated I WILL NOT GIVE YOU THAT" I will be giving Asurion a call to advise them of the unprofessionalism. I advised if you have used Asurion as well, please let them know too so we can get a new company for them to use!!!

    I have had Paradise Appliances out over 20 times in the span of 7 months and my issues still is not fixed. The initial issues was that my freezer would not freeze and my fridge was freezing items. They have done a handful of repairs and still have not fixed the issue. One technician I had was very friendly and helpful. He said to request a master technician. I have now requested a master technician twice and have not had one come out. The master technician was requested through whirlpool who schedules the appointments, and I confirmed with Paradise separately a week before the appointment that a master technician would come out. Still each time the appointment has been with a normal technician because Paradise is incompetent. I even confirmed with them that in their notes they have a request for a master technician. Even my tech talked to his supervisor and requested a master technician. Unacceptable. My appointments are covered through a warranty but I would 100% stop using them if I were paying for service. At this point I have to purchase a new fridge because of their incompetency.

    OMG!! Even Zero rating is to much for this company Their customer ********************** and scheduling is horrible My brand new KitchenAid refrigerator under warrant stoped working 3 weeks ago and the KitchenAid assigned us with this paradise company to repair.We are trying to schedule for 2-3 weeks and each time ***** minutes on hold.Their receptionists are really inexperience and careless they canceled and dont have any other technician to replace and we should wait for weeks and they called last minute today and canceled again and said to wait for another week again, White my refregirator and freezer stoped working 2 weeks ago and I am trying to schedule as urgent Alll my groceries and produces and things in freezer all got ruined and we throw them all away They dont care and they dont let you to talk to manager or owner or someone in charge This is NOT acceptable at ALL ************ is NOT reliable and they dont have enough technician to take care of their customers and their customer ********************** is horrible.

    I wish I could leave ZERO stars for this post. I'm impressed, but NOT in a good way. Our new KitchenAid micro/oven combo required a part in the microwave. Paradise came out first week in April 2024 and took a look and said, I don't have the part, we'll have to order that. Some weeks later, another repairman came out, he took a look and said, I don't have that part, we'll have to order that. Wait for it....he went out to his vehicle came back in and said, I do have the part! He tried it and said, No I don't have the part, we'll have to order it.Weeks later (!!!!) I receive an e-mail saying the part had been ordered and was being sent ***** 2nd Day Air so I called Paradise who said, Noooo, I don't see any information about that. I told her we have a large party at our house June 1st and I NEED it fixed before then. Recv'd an e-mailfrom Paradise 5/29 to schedule an appt. (I saw the message 5/30 because I'm getting ready for a LARGE party (!!!) and I can select a date starting June 5th! GRrrrrrrr. Oh, and the last repairman left a small box of parts in my microwave, non of which are needed for my job. I contacted Whirlpool today 5/30 who said they can see that Paradise recv'c the part May 9th and she didn't know why Paradise hadn't called me. That makes two of us!

    Paradise is disorganized and unprofessional. We have to use them as a ******* authorized dealer for warranty repairs. They keep canceling our appointment at the end of the day and refuse to come out and repair our refrigerator. We take off work two days to accommodate their schedules and they never show up. The technician will call from a blocked number or text and then turn his phone off. He tells us at 7 PM to call dispatch but dispatch stops working at 5:00 PM. I would use any other business on the planet, but I cant because this is who our refrigerator company is requiring us to use and Paradise knows that so we get pushed time and again.

    Absolutely worst service company out there. Had a Maytag washer stop working after 2 years. Contacted Maytag, explained the issue and was told by rep that it is. Known problem. Even though we were out of warranty, she let us know there would be no charge. Unfortunately we had to wait over 10 days until a rep from Paradise could come out. Finally the day arrived and **** from Paradise showed up, looked at for about 5 minutes and explained he didnt have the parts and would need to order them and wouldnt be able to come back for 2 weeks. I explained loudly that it was unacceptable, the problem was known and on an email I had seen the list of parts he was supposed to bring. **** could care less and stated he isnt responsible for putting parts in his truck. I asked him if there was an ongoing communication problem which he indicated there was. Tried calling Paradise but couldnt get any one to pick up. After being on hold for approx 15 minutes I told **** he could go since he had no means to fix our washer. **** did NOTHING to fix the issue, almost like this was standard procedure. I tried calling Paradise multiple times with no luck or call back. Reached out to ****** who stated they had no way to help me. Finally gave up and purchased a new washer! I really feel they do this on purpose in hopes people just hire someone and pay for it themselves or buy a new unit.

    Worst repair shop I have ever used. They are not concerned with fixing appliances, only getting the $149 service-call money. On October 15, 2023, a Paradise repairman came. After getting the $149, he cleaned my refrigerators' ice maker. He said it was OK and we would have ice in a couple of hours and left. The ice maker never made an ice cube. Nothing had changed. I called Paradise and told them of the problem. They said they would come back for another $149 plus the cost of a new icemaker and replace it.They evidently can stay in business because of naive or unconcerned manufacturers feeding them customers. I have also notified Whirlpool of this situation.
