            I would like to file a complaint against *************************** various firms. *********************** is conducting her jewelry business using different names, for instance, Fine Jewlery 77 @ *************************************************** or @ *********************************************************************** as well as Parariba Designes @ https://www.paraibadesigns.com. *************************** posted Brazilian papariba tourmaline gemstones at https://*******.com/shorts/IeuaGO-79-E?feature=share on June 15, 2022. I chose the stone at the first left in the middle line because this stone looked clean and I also liked the color. After she posted this particular stone at https://*******.com/shorts/s8gIMEgsKXc?feature=share at the same day, she sent me this stones ******* link as well as this stone videos/photos via text messages. Because I did not see it in person, I was very concerned about its quality. Over our phone calls, she mentioned that I would return the stone if I do not like it to get refunded. I also saw the refund policy posted at her firm website https://www.paraibadesigns.com/pages/return-policy. Therefore, I made the purchase on June 16, 2022. I received the stone on 08/16/2022 and immediately spotted that there are a lot of inclusions at the top of the stone, which were not seen in the videos. This stone I received might not be the stone which I saw in the videos. I felt really dissatisfied with the stone quality and did not like it at all. On the same day, I called her to discuss the returning issue. Unfortunately, I got completely disconnected with her for a few days. After I sent her the 1st refund demand letter, she offered me a solution i.e. to exchange to another gemstone. Due to her past wrongdoings, she lost her credibility. As a seller, ******* is obligated to disclose the full information of the gemstone and should not cause any misrepresentation, thus I was billed the wrong amount.Hope that BBB can stop *********************** from doing wrongly again and I get refunded, thank you so much!
