    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by the Surf Soccer Club, specifically regarding our son ******* experience during the fall of 2023. Despite our initial expectations, the overall quality of coaching and engagement within the club fell far short of what was promised.Upon joining, ***** was placed in a squad of 25 players with two coaches, only for the club to later split the squad into two teams with divided coaching responsibilities. Unfortunately, the coaches displayed a lack of engagement during both practices and games, resulting in our son not benefiting from his membership in any meaningful way. It is disheartening to note that the team's performance was subpar, winning no games, and the coaches would promptly leave after each match, showing minimal commitment.In an effort to address our concerns, we engaged in multiple discussions with the regional Director, *****, over the phone. A mutual agreement was reached that if improvements were not observed by the winter session, Surf would facilitate our release from the contract and refund the fees for both the winter and spring sessions.Regrettably, despite having communicated our decision to discontinue our association with the program, we have yet to receive the agreed-upon refund for the winter and spring sessions. This lack of adherence to the terms we established with ***** is both disappointing and unacceptable.We kindly request your assistance in facilitating a resolution to this matter, ensuring that Surf Soccer Club upholds their commitment and provides the promised refund promptly. Our expectations were not met, and we believe it is only fair to be compensated for the unfulfilled agreement.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    My 10year daughter was on a soccer team, ** Select. ******* Surf asked us to join their club, as a team, and made several promises re: fields. We all transferred to Phx Surf and I paid in full for the 2022-23 season. We were then advised they refused to follow through on promises made, and the coach we were promised left, as well as most of the players. We never heard from ******* Surf, and we requested a refund via email since our coach left and they did not offer another team nor the same quality of coach and team. They still have not responded whether or not they would refund the money. We have been forced to go elsewhere and are out the payment. We requested a transfer of the funds to the new team on June 29, following AYSO guidelines to transfer teams.We are not aware of what was going on behind the scenes - but as a family, and our 10 year daughter - ******* Surf has failed to communicate with us on everything - forcing us to leave and go elsewhere. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in contacting Surf and resolving this issue. We have been payed for services this company has failed to provide and now is unable to.We paid $965 and would appreciate a full refund.

    My daughters soccer team decided to leave the *** Surf soccer club on 6/29/22 due to previous arrangements not being upheld by the club. I emailed the club owner and also used the website to send an email. I asked for refund of registration fees and for my installment due July 1st to not be taken out of my account. I received email back stating to be patient. The installment was taken out on July 1st anyway. I emailed to have that refunded and again was told to be patient. Have not heard back from them since July 1st. I emailed again 7/16 and have no response. I asked on 7/16 to make sure the installment wasn’t taken for 8/1 and haven’t heard back. The only way I can see to stop the installments will be to cancel my credit card.
